No refund

Do not go near these people, I have been waiting for a refund for a cancelled concert (Rod Stewart), it's now 117 days. Worst thing is that they refuse to update me or reply to my emails. This is 1/3 rd of a year. A Disgrace, taking customers for granted, certainly no customer service to be seen. NEVER EVER GO NEAR THEM.

Every review here is accurate. They are a scam. They are selling tickets to events that have LONG been cancelled. I've been trying to get someone from their end on the phone for weeks or reach out via email. No response. What kind of company runs like this?

CANCELLATION
July 3, 2020

So I have been trying to cancel my reservation and so far no luck. Mind you, my reservation is 2 weeks away when I started to want to cancel it. I have sent so many emails and CALLED ALL THE SUGGGESTED NUMBERS TO CALL. But I just can't get a hold of anybody. All the different numbers I called have the same $#*!ing voicemail machine! THIS IS SOME FVCKING BS! It's like they don't want you to cancel and oh yeah, I got fvcking charge already! So FVCK YOU VEGAS.COM!

Been trying to get ahold of them for a refund and or some info on my reservation and for weeks at a time they do not answer emails or phone calls. This site is not a fraud however once you pay forget about the reservation you won't be able to edit change cancel or get a refund because you cannot contact them it's nearly impossible.

BAIT AND SWITCH!

THES PEOPLE SCAMMED ME! I MADE A RESERVATION WITH AIR AND HOTEL. WHEN I CHECKED OUT WITH MY CREDIT CARD IT SAID ONE PRICE BUT WHEN I CHECKED MY BANKING AP IT WAS $400 MORE. I AM SOO UPSET. I WOULD NEVER PAY THAT TYPE OF MONEY TO GO TO VEGAS FOR 2 DAYS. I CALLED BOTH OF THEIR NUMBERS AND CANT GET ANYONE! I AM BEYOND PISSED. SO, THATS THE WAY THEY TREAT DISSABLED VETERANS IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC?! NEEEEEVER WILL I EEEEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN

Would not use again

Purchased show tickets for April 30th and due to COVID19 it was canceled. I emailed them to ensure I got a refund, no response. On May 7 I received an email asking me if I wanted to be given a credit or get a refund, i live in Canada and won't be going to Vegas for a while so I selected refund. Its now June 29th, their phone-line is now an automated message and I have not heard back from them since. Buyer beware.

Horrible experience

I was supposed to attend the Drag Brunch at Senor Frogs on 6/27@ 2:30 PM. The day on the eve not I get dressed and go at 2 PM that's when I found out the show was cancelled. They offered me a liquid brunch. I paid $200 for tickets and I'm offered a liquid brunch with $10 off.

Vegas.com is a joke. We booked a hotel through them and planned to cancel due to recent spikes in Covid 19 restrictions. We tried for 4 days emailing and calling with no answer or response. We decided to keep our trip as planned instead of losing the money. The way they (Vegas.com) work, the hotel cannot cancel your reservation for a refund. Do yourself a favor and book through a different site or the hotel directly. Extremely poor business. DO NOT USE!

Every review has been saying the same thing: calling or emailing with no response when trying to cancel a trip. I had the same experience. However, if you call their number, press 1 to book a new trip. When you get connected (and you will), tell them you want to cancel a previous booking and make a new one. Make them cancel the old one first and say you're looking for a new hotel, new price range, whatever. This worked for me and only took 10 minutes. The person was very nice and helpful but my rating is reflective of the fact that it should not take this much effort just to cancel a booking. Do better, vegas.com, you played yourself.

Dealing with vegas.com has been an absolute nightmare! I received an email from vegas.com over 3 weeks ago saying I needed tk contact them immediately in regards to my upcoming trip. I have tried too many times to count and have been placed on hold for up to 45 minutes not able to reach anyone. I tried again and pushed 1 to book a trip. I was directed to someone immediately, I explained I had an existing trip. They instantly told me I dialed the wrong number, transferred me and again I was on hold for 30 minutes unsuccessfully. Do not book with this site!

Booked a show through this business. They cancelled due to Covad Virus. We were told our refund was coming in 5 to 7 days. 90 days later no refund and they don't pick up the phone or respond to emails. This is a crooked organization! Stay away.

Not good

I know we are in difficult times but I was going to ask for a refund on my trip in July. I have been calling and emailing since mid April and it's now June 3rd and still not an email, call or refund recieved. Even in the circumstances I would think an email or call would have been made 2 months! I'm now out like 500 dollars!

Don't get scammed!

I've been waiting months for nearly $1,000 of bookings to be refunded from a trip that was meant to happen at the end of April. The last message I got from Vegas.com after much insistence said it may still take another 30 days... that was 20th of April and still nothing!

Don't get scammed by these guys!

Please refund me immediately or I will have to get my credit card provider involved and will be filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau

I understand the cov-19, but when accept money from your customers and the airlines/hotels are making changes, you have to communicate. I should be able to contact Vegas.com, it has been 2 months and I have called, called, sent numerous emails and no response from this company. The flight is 10 days from today & still no response. I have never had a problem like this, there is no excuse that you cant answer the dam phone or email back. Pissed off

There is absolutely no one working their phones, they automatically go to voice mail that no one is listening to. And even better is their email service. Emailed them 5 days ago and still havent heard from them. Have emailed them again to cancel my reservation because you can only call to cancel and magically the line is disconnected. $#*! site, $#*! service, $#*! everything!

I bought tickets for two shows of which both where canceled I have been waiting a month for a refund. I sent emails and called with no response.

Stay away from these guy if something is canceled you may never see your money again. I am now 600 in the hole beware

If I could no stars I would. I booked at Mandalay Bay the first weekend of April for my bfs 30th birthday. Well due to Covid-19 Mandalay Bay closed which is fine. Vegas.com emailed me stating I would get a full refund due to hotel closure. Great said 7-14 days. 22 days go by and nothing. I responded to the email stating I hadn't gotten my refund yet. They responded calling me "Rhonda" when that's not my name, saying to give them more time. I filed with my bank. Suddenly I get another email addressed to me that states "per your discussion with our representative we have agreed to the one time cancellation and will give a partial credit please sign this form and fax it in and I would get the partial refund. I never spoke to any representative and I responded to the email and said I would not sign anything as I had been told I would get a full refund and filed with my bank. And included the first email that they had sent stating the full refund. All of a sudden next day I had a partial credit sent to my bank. I'm having to file again with my bank for the rest of the money. No one is suddenly answering any emails and no one is available on the phone. Shady business NEVER BOOK WITH THEM. I will NEVER use them again. I will be reporting them to the BBB and everywhere I can.
