I understand the cov-19, but when accept money from your customers and the airlines/hotels are making changes, you have to communicate. I should be able to contact Vegas.com, it has been 2 months and I have called, called , sent numerous emails and no response from this company. The flight is 10 days from today & still no response. I have never had a problem like this, there is no excuse that you cant answer the dam phone or email back. Pissed off
