No response from them, I understand they are very busy with all that's going on, but ticketsatwork.com answered my email in less then 30 minutes and have already completed the refund request. It's been 8 days and Vegas.com hasn't even responded. Nor do I thing they will. That's a 200.00 loss and a 200.00 dollar gain for them.
