Today is 5 day delivery

UPS sent me a notice starting Friday morning that my package would be delivered at 7 PM it is now Monday morning and I got a notice UPS will deliver at 7 PM. Called UPS they said oh delivery today means we have five days to deliver it. If you actually need something get a private shipper.

UPS has messed up delivering my packages twice in less than a months time. They're drivers are liars! Making stuff up so they don't have to walk into an apartment complex to deliver a package. It's either you were home, or needs a signature, and this the best one yet "refused" why would I refuse a package i paid for?! All the other excuses are lies as well because I work from home and they never attempt to delivery. I never have trouble with FedEx or Amazon. I'll stick with them and hopefully UPS finds reliable employees.

Someone shipped package on my name

SOMEONE SHIPPED PACKAGE ON MY NAME AND I WAS BILLED FOR IT. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER. There should be ID for verification of the sender

UPS constantly claim that delivery was attempted but failed due to recipient not available. A lie that is perpetual every 3rd or so delivery. I am always in. I suspect it's the 3nd of thr day and the driver can't be bothered. Useless.

Item attempted to drop off- no call- no knock

UPS tried to delivered at 12:21 noon
I was here
No knock
No phone call
Email was sent that it would be delivered between 2-6 didn't think I needed to sign for it. It is such an inconvenience as I already waited long enough. Hire people who would get the job done. Or attempt to do it right.

I paid $60 to overnight a package and it was "possibly delayed due to weather", so I called, customer service said it would be an hour later that day-that was 10 days ago. They make you go through hell just to speak to someone in India, they don't care-use Fed ex or USPS

UPS Insurance Scam and Fake Driver Pick-up
June 10, 2022

I purchased a shipment and paid for insurance for a package valued at $1800 from UPS online. I also paid extra to have a driver come pick it up. On security camera, I saw the driver pull up to the house, never get out of the vehicle, and drive away in under 3 seconds. He never took the vehicle out of gear. Just a stop and go.

So, I eventually decided to take the package to a UPS customer service center myself. The UPS website says that to file an insurance claim (in the event my package were to be lost or damaged), I would need to provide a signed receipt from a UPS employee that I would receive at the time I give them my package.

The UPS employee at the UPS Customer Service Center told me her computer could not tell her if my package was insured or not because I bought the label from the UPS.com website. She said she could not provide me any signed receipt to validate the UPS insurance that I purchased as required by their coverage policy.

I now understand that this is a scam UPS pulls to get people to ship without getting the required documentation so that when a claim is filed, they can simply say "Oh, you should have gotten the signed receipt. Sorry, we can't cover this." Needless to say, I will not be falling for this again.

I am deeply disappointed by UPS. They used to be my go-to shipping company. I just can't justify that at all now.

UPS
05/31: Package Our for Delivery and reported damaged
06/01-02: You ask Sender to sign the form for us to Pick it Up
06/03-04: Sender has to request a tracker to be placed.
06/5-06/10: No one knows where it is, and some say it's ready for pick up to it's been damaged.
Shouldn't the policy be to seek Sender's permission or drop it at ours and seek our permission to take further action?
I think it's totally inappropriate, unethical, and misleading. This has affected my dad's blood pressure.
Can you deny it? UPS #UPS
Shame on UPS
Shame on the management for not having a policy in place.
Shame on you for taking our package/money/efforts/hopes and being beyond ridiculous for not handling one problem.
PS: Precious products handmade by my 70+ parents to my children were ruthlessly made disappeared. NO ONE CARES at UPS.
How can you do this without our permission? Are you really a company?

The worst service there is as delivery

I have been waiting for a package for a week, the driver supposedly brought the package on Tuesday, but he never touched my hand, he left a piece of paper with a location where he supposedly left the package, but he never really left it, since I went the next day to the supposed point where he left it they left and it was not there; I called customer service in Spanish several times and everyone told me the package arrived that day; so 4 days passed; until the 5th day I check the tracking and it says that the package is being returned to the seller…….! What bothers me the most is that customer service in Spanish never did anything, and the worst thing is that I tried to make a complaint, but since I was not the one who sent the package, I could not do anything! SO THAT THE ONE WHO RECEIVES THE PACKAGE HAS NO RIGHTS WHEN USING THE UPS SERVICES! Dedde today I will not let that when I make purchases they send me the package by this company

My package was just delivered to me. And your UPS DRIVER SNUCK through my closed side Gate, past my pool, and INTO MY HOUSE TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE! I'm shaking I'm so livid! How scary to find a man entering my home! This was obviously not my front door! This was the Private gated SIDE entrance! Your people have no right entering a home! WTH?! Completely Unacceptable!

DAMAGE PACKAGE

I have been transferred 6 times thru all departments and nobody is able to help. They treated this package
( a piece of art) as a piece of garbage and it was clearly marked as fragile and glass.

What kind of service is this MINUS 5 BLACK STARS

Absolutely shocking. I almost don't mind that they can't deliver my package (the one with a legal document to allow me to start a new job!), but what REALLY frustrates is that they're one of these companies who have successfully spent millions so that it's impossible to actually speak to anyone. No offence, but speaking to an agent in the Philippines who is reading from a computer script is next to useless.

I shipped a simple letter via NDA and even though the tracking shows it got to the local distribution facility by noon on the day scheduled for delivery, it is not expected to get to my client until 4 DAYS after being shipped. This is way too late for the meeting in which they needed the package and information within. I will have to use FedEx for critical items from now on.

UPS is by far the worst delivery…
UPS is by far the worst delivery system. Paid for over night shipping and for no reason at all it was delayed in UT. Now its says the estimated delivery won't be until 7 days later, and that's just the estimated delivery. Don't pay the extra money to have some thing over nighted when you can get it in the same amount of time for free. I will never use UPS again when there is by far better options.

They will not give me package and they stole my package and claim they left it at someone else front door. They want let me pick my package up it a local UPS location. They commits fraud I have them my address and they are trying to keep my package. This is unprofessional!

The only delivery company I have ever had a problem with is UPS I can't control whether some of the packages I ordered from small businesses or not are going to be put through ups but every single time I order from them there's a problem this time they left a note on the front of my apartment building didn't even come inside and on the note they claimed they attempted to deliver my package and on the note that they left in front of my apartment building where everyone comes in had all my information on it along with all of my package information and where to pick it up at so anyone could have seen that and I don't even know. I'm hoping that when I go to pick my package up at whatever center they dropped it off at tomorrow that someone hasn't already been there and took my package because they got all my information off the note on the door! My name what apartment building that I live in and everything was on that note!
