Five out of seven boxes were demolished that some of the products fell out of the box. The items in the box is worth more than 10,000 dollars and most of the items were broken. Filed a claim and of course they blame the shipper…they denied the claim. Absolutely terrible! Do not use and if you do take pictures of proof that you packaged it well.
Since moving to Columbia SC I've experienced the worst delivery service EVER. I've lived in 2 other locations and they've been great. I'm lucky if I even get the item here with daily emails stating 'tomorrow' over and over. And try to file a general complaint at their number. Ha! Worthless.
I was supposed to get my package June 1st, it's my disability direct express card. If I receive any non sufficient fees, who's paying for those. I all know it was over nighted and now I'm screwed because of the great UPS. Thanks so much.
Fortunately I don't have to deal with UPS much since I get the majority of packages from USPS or FedEx but when I do, they never deliver packages on time and they always blame me for not being home. I'm retired so I am always at home. It irritates me that they cover for their drivers by blaming customers.

I would never recommend to anyone to get UPS for shipping. They never do on time as they promised. Second day, my shipment is still hang up at the UPS location where they picked up. I paid for the same day delivery!
From now on I will not buy anything from anyone or any company that uses UPS as their shipping service. UPS can't deliver a pkg to the right location on the day or time tracking indicates and as history has shown, they almost always never get it right. Now I have to drive to the nearest drop off location, three days after the scheduled delivery, to pick up my pkg. What a super loser company. Don't use them. Force them out!
I recently ordered a very expensive equipment through amazon, the package was delivered by Ups and they delivered my package to the wrong householders.
Firstly, the person handling my delivery was extremely rude and rough with my package - with electrical components inside. Then, when I go to discuss these problems with someone by phone, I can't even reach someone. I got a callback, to have no one there. They then go on to immediately give me a survey on the representative that wasn't even there! I attempted to call back, and then don't even have the option to get a call back anymore. This is the most bs company I've ever dealt with. All this doesn't even care ver the number of times they delivered elsewhere.
Granddaughter's graduation gift ordered through Amazon. Suppose to arrive on Wednesday, leaving for graduation on Friday morning.
No delivery Wednesday, late afternoon email from UPS, need address info. Call them, 20 minutes to speak to person oversees. They have correct address, address comes up on every mapping service. Driver report says attempted to call and I have no voicemail. Which is a lie. Had 4 other voicemails that day.
Thursday is an exact repeat inclding me calling, speak with a supervisor, assured me message sent to area manager and it will be delivered befoe 9:30am Friday morning before I have to leave.

My wife ordered a wig and it came with a free gift when the package arrived it was taped up like somebody went in it when my wife opened the package the wig was gone and the only thing that was left was the free gift she reached out to ups to file a claim and they came back and said they had a pick up order for the package now nobody knows where the package is and my wife is stuck paying a $240.00 bill thanks you ups for not handling the situation
UPS is the worst to file a claim with - inevitably they say that the package was not packaged properly - I tried forever to file a claim on line - since the package was disposed of I didn't have pics or info ( UPS disposed of package) - they also said on the website that they notified shipper and receiver - neither one of these were done. Since this package went collect - the receiver has to file claim, Lesson learned have shipper send PP & add at least then shipper has to file claim and you don't have to pay invoice on product not received.
You cannot get ahold of any one in customer service - recording tells you to go on line and file a claim - then when you try to do that and you don't have pics - they wont process claim at all. Our company has been using UPS for over 15 years and the service has gotten so bad in the past few years - we are done using them now - we are switching to FED EX - we also stopped using TFORCE several months ago because their customer service is horrific.
UPS is corrupt, irresponsible and greedy. They source out international workers who can never answer any of my questions, instead they redirect you to someone else, who inevitably can not answer your question. I asked to have my package rescheduled 3 different days to no avail. No invoice or receipt was given regarding the total amount asked for, instead, you have to ask the brokerage firm directly to receive an invoice, and that can take up to 5 business days. Honestly, any delivery service is better than this one.
It is impossible to leave written delivery instructions which always leads to my packages being stolen and they are never helpful in trying to resolve literally anything.
We sent a package which UPS lost and admitted it was lost. The local UPS store supposedly started a reimbursement claim but after 4 months no reimbursement was received. After checking back with the UPS store they wanted my purchase into again and tried to tell me that candies that were in the package could not be covered. Write a letter to UPS corporate and was put in touch with a customer relations person who told me I had to work with local store. Did finally receive a Case number and was told in case of a lost package that candies were covered. Wondering if any real a film will be taken byUPS.

Had to call 3 times and still got no where. 1 called said package was sent back. 2 tracking number is incorrect. 3 your package will be delivered tomorrow and you can not pick up from any location. But I must be home to sign for it or they won't leave it. I will never ship through ups again this has been the worst experience. Last package I had shipped through ups was damaged. Save yourself time and ship with FedEx or anyone else but ups..
UPS agent named Josh a remote employee from the Philippines is awesome! He made a confirmation that the vendor did not sent the package I ordered through my tracking information. I hope there's a lot of Filipino out there Josh could help with.

My item sat in their warehouse without a phone call for clarification of address. They just returned item. Now I don't have the wedding gift I purchased. The representative refused to end my call as I stated I was going to wait for her to solve the problem. As they are the carrier hired to deliver my order. She is unable to hang up on clients so she stayed on the line refusing to end the call.
