My package is been mark delivered, but I never got the package this happen a lot,The worst. Do not use usps ever, They report packages as delivered that never arrived, packages are routinely lost, delayed for weeks, stole, or never arrive and please don't even call the 1800 number is another disaster

The worst. Do not use usps ever, They report packages as delivered that never arrived. Spoke to company I bought from they said packages are routinely lost, delayed for weeks, stole, or never arrive. They would be out of business if they were not given taxpayer money.

How do I buy a product from a Kansas City company, I live in the Kansas City area but they send my package to Indianapolis from Kansas City and then have to send it back. Supervise your $#*!ed employees! I understand people make mistakes but that's just being lazy, ignorant, fat, stupid. Oh wait, we live in America!
My mistake for thinking people were competent, when will I learn? Stupid mother fvckers.

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE

The USPS looses more packages then it delivers.Constantly raising prices while service has degraded to the point noone should use them any longer,let them go bankrupt.Louis Dejoy is a reject who couldn't wipe his own $#*!.How does a majority stock owner in a competitor shipping company get selected to run the USPS?The USPS needs to be done away with.Consistently looses your mail or one of their theiving employees takes it while you have zero legal recourse to recoup and of your money or property.Its legal theft and they know it.Loose your package all you get is a form email of apology,that's always the same response.DO AWAY WITH USPS!IF AT ALL POSSIBLE USE A DIFFERENT SHIPPER.USPS HAS AN 80% CHANCE OF LOOSING YOUR PACKAGE OR MAIL NEVER TO NE FOUND!F*@:&$# crooks and degenerates.

Unbelievable
Unbelievably Untrustworthy,
Well, we mailed a package they lost, shuffled from the Texas Office, where it should be if they can read labels, to LA and have stalled there for a long time. We had to refund the customer, but good old USPS said we can't claim it because it is circulating but will be late. Is there no accountability on their part in this situation? You can see below it went back and forth. Now, the packages we sent with another order, the boxes were shredded to pieces—product damaged. There needs to be accountability or some sort of reform with the postal service. Worst service ever.

Took 9 days to deliver priority mail (went around the country) 13 days for a box for a 2 day delivery and sent priority mail and was to be delivered on 12/30 and it was a day late WHOSE FAULT IS THAT.

Rip off artist

I have been waiting on a package that unfortunately went through usps. It was suppose to have been delivered Tuesday and today is Friday.I just got off the phone with my local post office. They don't have this package and don't know when it will arrive. They tell me that I can go on their website and stop the package there. What they did not mention is they want $17.50 to stop shipment and me drive to them to pick it up. Things like this is why email and Amazon look so good in this day and age. If you need to mail anything, I strongly suggest finding any other way than USPS.

We ship in the US and international every day. Several times our packages have been delivered to a warehouse in South Hackensack, NJ where it will sit for weeks. Our customers get upset that they cannot receive their merchandise. When I call the USPS customer service reps, they cannot give me an address or phone number for this location so I can find out why its just sitting there. They themselves cannot either. I have had packages with hundreds of dollars go missing here at my expense. Our goverment agencies are COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!

My friend sent me a registered letter on August 25,2024, and I paid $23 dollars or so for this. However, I don't receive my mail until October 3,2024! USPS doesn't deserve that amount of money for such a poor and delayed service!

Two pieces of mail from the same address to the same address. One standard mail the other priority mail. The standard mail envelope arrived before the priority mail envelope, which I paid $10 for. Great job postal service.

Im in Chicagoland area. I sent a check overnight priority express at 4pm 6/4/24, and the promptly lost it after it left my post office. It didn't arrive next day 6/5/24, and no tracking updates in over 24 hours. Total disaster as now i may have to cancel the check. I should have used UPS! I do get a refund, but i really need the service to deliver the package! Really sucks. I figure overnight would be the best way as it would be in and out of their hands quickly...guess is was wrong.

White Bear Lake, MN: Sorry for the details but this was a strange experience... The USPS clerk didn't talk - just looked at me. I explained I wanted verification of delivery and the package insured for $500. She said nothing but stood the box on end so she didn't have to look at me. She then proceeded to entry info in the computer. All I saw was her arm appear and point to the credit card reader. I tried to look around my package to ask and confirm that she did process per my original request. She said nothing and looked out on the other side of the box and said "next". When I got home I realized she did not properly insure the package and did not send it as I had requested. Silly me for trusting USPS

Ripped off

My stepdaughter sent me a package with 10 items in it, I could tell right away that the package was opened, with only one item in it and junk, it was held up in Greensboro, NC. I was ripped off by a postal worker. What nerve at a cost of $200,

The USPS has really fallen by the wayside. I live on a highway. The supervisor believes it is ok to put my packages on top of the mailbox or simply not deliver the packages. I was waiting for a package, received notification that stated "Held at Post Office, At Customer Request"... NEVER did I ask for that package to be held. I went in - I was not rude but I was not "kind" either. I was told by the gal at the desk that I was stupid and then the "supervisor" whom I have had multiple issues with, told me to shut up and move over to where he was. I said no, I wanted a call from the Postmaster. He said I wasn't getting any calls and I need to leave or he would "call the police and have me trespassed." This form of using the police because you cannot do your job, should be illegal.

If you UPS or FedEx drop their rates I'm sure the postal service would go out of business quickly. It is as much of a joke as the rest of the government. I'm tired of critical mail going missing, my packages being stolen until I report them missing, and how no one can explain what employee keeps stealing from me. My letters make it to the local Transit center and then just disappears until I call in to complain. Or showing up right after I file an insurance claim. That's not coincidental. How do you sit on mail for weeks and then miraculously find it after the customer complains? This has happened a grand total of six times since I've moved to this city. Even sending it overnight certified it still miraculously disappears. The United States postal service is a joke. I am researching filing a lawsuit against them

Poor service and quality control

Had three shipments since last year either never arrive or only the packaging arrives with tape on it and no product inside. Worst shipper I have ever dealt with. One package from last year still shows being delayed in NJ. Never received.

I am observing that usps is bringing me open and damaged packages on several occasions. I am always in contact with the sellers and they tell me that they sent the package well. The carriers do an arduous job of bringing the packages but they are also responsible for ensuring that they arrive unopened and in good condition. I am writing to the Usps company to fix this problem.

Fix the issues

I repeatedly request that they date the days instead they are lazy and vague. Government uses our tax dollars wastefully just like edd loosing our money that significantly and how are they punished? Moreover small Business department stealing federal money from small business. That's exact how the pages looks with all those horrible markings. That's professional gov at work.
