USPS services are completely disrespectful! Your packages will never arrive on the set date! Trash!
Highly unprofessional behavior by employees. I sent an envelope with important documents through USPS and they lost it. They says it delivered which is not. I am tired following up with local post office and finally understood that they don't care about it. Very arrogant in answering.
And a very common line they say is "I don't know".
I do not know what is happening to the USPS but its service has dramatically deteriorated while the cost of stamps and delivery has increased. For every piece of mail I send, it takes at least 2 weeks to be delivered--if delivered at all in one piece--even if the recipient is located in the same city as the sender. Furthermore, my neighbors often receive my mail due to mail carriers' careless and sloppy work performance. This federal institution needs to be dismantled and rebuilt from top to bottom as it is a waste of taxpayer funds. When possible, I will use UPS to ensure that my mail reaches its destination.
