You don't get your mail on time. They don't need a pay raise for doing nothing.The mail sorters are lazy.

No elements of nature shall stop the mail from coming through. However, if they can't reach the mail box while in the mail truck you can forget it!

The post master in my town has zero interest in helping anyone I can't believe he has a customer facing roll I SAY OUTSOURCE THIS SERVICE SO THE WILL HAVE NO CHOICE TO HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

Horribly tracking service. They need to better themselves. I get no updates on packages I am supposed to receive

They lost the package and they are acting as if they are not responsible please go for fedex or any other service this is the worst

Just want to check my mail and this was in there by usps it wasn't nice that they had to put this in my mailbox like that

A package was being sent to me on 6/26/2023 through USPS priority mail. It was scheduled to arrive by 6:00 pm on 6/27/2023. It is 6/28/2023 and the package still has not arrived. The sender of this package spent $29 so it could be to me in ONE day. I called several times and one representative was very cold and seemed to not care about this issue. I am very annoyed and irritated by the careless and reckless behavior by the USPS. They cannot tell me when my package is to arrive at this point or IF it will arrive. This package had some very important information in it. Another representative stated that someone redirected my package to the wrong place. It's in the NY Distribution Center. I would advise ANYONE thinking of using the USPS to rethink doing this. They are very incompetent. An investigation has been opened but I doubt if my package will ever be found. My advise to ANYONE reading this, use FED EX, DHL Group, LaserShip/OnTrac, Lone Star Overnight, Spee-Dee Delivery Services, GLS US, Onfleet or Sendle. The USPS is a billion dollar operation and cannot hire people competent enough to deliver a package on time. This is sad and I will NEVER use USPS again and I advise the people reading this not to use them either!

Last few years mail handlers-aka postman's been opening my Christmas cards and Birthday card and stealing gift cards and such…. Terrible service!

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I TRY TO SHIPPING FOR IT TO ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY AND THEY DON'T DELIVER IT ON TIME. THIS SERVICE IS VERY BAD. I'M DISAPPOINTED. ARE THE WORST

I called customer service you talk a computer that doesn't understand anything. You just go in circles worst customer service every.

Opened a case to find a lost package. Clown then closes it fast, telling me to file a claim! Inside theft and then a cover up! Corruption!

Don't waste your time getting insurance on mailing something because they make it close to impossible to collect on it.

My package was left in the rain. It wasn't even a big package it could have fit in the mailbox. Really could have been avoided.

Always when you order something, check the tracking number it'll say delivery tonight but will not see it till weeks later! Poor Service 😔

If you want your fragile items delivered in one piece, Don't use USPS. If you want your items delivered in a reasonable amount of time, Don't use USPS. UPS is horrible, but twice as good as USPS.

Not only does the tracking service crash. I sent pkg to PV Mexico. Ended up in Portugal. LOL., Use Ups or FedEx
