The USPS has really fallen by the wayside. I live on a highway. The supervisor believes it is ok to put my packages on top of the mailbox or simply not deliver the packages. I was waiting for a package, received notification that stated "Held at Post Office, At Customer Request"... NEVER did I ask for that package to be held. I went in - I was not rude but I was not "kind" either. I was told by the gal at the desk that I was stupid and then the "supervisor" whom I have had multiple issues with, told me to shut up and move over to where he was. I said no, I wanted a call from the Postmaster. He said I wasn't getting any calls and I need to leave or he would "call the police and have me trespassed." This form of using the police because you cannot do your job, should be illegal.
The parcel sent was never delivered and they refuse to take any responsibility. DO NOT SEND THROUGH THIS VERY IRRESPONSIBLE POST. Very slow delivery, it was an international package, and when their partner lost the package they do not do anything to retrieve it or to compensate any damages, eventhough they charged us more than 100$. A parcel was sent by an 100 class delivery in the UK Parcel Force.
My insured package I missed because I was at work. Left notice paper.04/05/24 I went to post office the next day (04/06/24) but they can't find my package. I requested online to pick up on Monday 04/09/24 I had confirmation number saying available.I went Monday but they can't find my package and came back many times still they can't find it. Last time I went I asked the manager that I can talk to but she said no manager. She had a print out that it was sent to the sender from Jefferson, IL and have signature. I said the sender is from Las Vegas. I said if she can give me a copy but she did not. The sender sent me copy that they never sent back in Las Vegas. Never scan to send back.Blue flag still Cordova and recipient is available. Meaning why they can't find in post office?
This is the third time my PRIORITY MAIL WAS NOT DELIVERED how can they loose track of a priority mail letter in Manila envelope.I called customer service they lie through their teeth. They had no track of my mail when I checked with the tracking number but after i called 2 hours they put a false tracking information. Since april 21 24 and march 2nd 24 my mail is going between USPS reginal distribution facility in Philadelphia and USPS FACILITY *******.
I am surprised how these stupid people deliver election mail. Very disappointed. Even I chose Priority mail express. Still did not deliver after one week. What a bunch of dirt bags.
The mail box at the 3700 block of Amsterdam Terr in burtonsville md has been broken since October of 2023 the only problem with this box is the lock on the box that the carrier open to put the mail in it makes no sense that this issue has not been solved yet it is very frustrating to try and get to the post office in time to retrieve my important mail it should not take this long to repair something as little as a lock I have lost all respect for the customer service that iam receiving from the us postal service I hope that this review reaches the post master so that this issue can be resolved it's been to long for something as simple as this I and the residents in this area work and cannot get to the post office before it close can you please has this matter resolved thanks
With shipping rates so high, you would think USPS would at least have the packages delivered on time, the last packages I have ordered have arrived late! This has been an ongoing thing alo tracking status never updates or status states package will be deliverd on a certain day but never does it. With the technology we have why cant these simple issues be fixed and have accurate information? Come on USPS get your act together!
My packages always gets lost...it's impossible to get somebody on the phone.
Once you package is lost and filing a complaint you just get a apology email and that's it.
I rather pay extra for ups FedEx or anybody else!
Had a package that was due to be here by the 14th of March and seen it was in Denver I live in Pueblo thought I'd be getting the package for sure today but seen it was sent to Arkansas? What the hell? If it was in Denver why didn't it come to Pueblo where I live?! Why was it sent to Arkansas? Complete incompetent idiots who have no idea what the word efficiency means!
Was on the phone was told waiting period is 40-50 minutes. I ended up waiting close to 1 hour and 30 minutes this is ridiculous some people have important mail to track. I can get better customer service at Amazon.com. Please upgrade.
I paid $81.44 for international priority mail in DOWNEY, CA. I left my small envelope at the Downey Post Office on 2-13-24 and it took 10 days to arrive at Los Angeles, United States, and 5 more days to arrive at the destination.
I called to make a claim and "Toni" tells me that this service has no guarantee. And when I ask her: Where does it say what you are telling me? There is a link on your receipt. The truth is that I felt like laughing and crying too. How is stealing like this allowed? Xenia.
Our postal worker at Stone Lake, WI comes on really strong. It's almost obnoxious. It's ok to be polite and one should in customer service but this lady takes her job WAY TOO SERIOUSLY.

About 6 months ago I purchased an item online. According to USPS tracking package arrived in Denver sort facility. After an investigation item was lost. On February 29th, 6 months later I had another item lost. Apparently package made it to Golden CO post office where an individual picked it up. USPS confirmed my name and address were on package but could tell me "who" picked it up. USPS should get out of the shipping business. Only the government bailing them out keeps them in business. They do not care nor do they need to care.
This USPS I have experienced myself that I'm mad at. The workers there didn't respect our 1st Amendment right for recording in the building when there are rules posted up on the board which is Poster #7. You guys need to email or send a paper to the Poster Master saying there are rules and laws for recording in public saying that we can and are allowed to record in public. Also, state in the email/paper to all USPS in the United States that, it's the 1st Amendment and tell em' to search up what the 1st Amendment is. This Postal Service is $#*!.
Do not work for USPS. The bad customer service comes from bad management. The supervisors get a free pass and sleep around with employees.
If you can't do your job then quit, and let Amazon do it. Your wasting a lot of people's time, and patience. Delays for 8 months are you kidding me? Completely unacceptable when it's people's medication. I cannot believe how much better the mail services used to be. This is 2024, things are supposed to be better by now. The Supreme Court is getting involved makes me laugh. Can't wait till your contract is canceled, should be soon with how your running your business in to the ground.
Very slow service and if they don't get with the program USPS may have trouble getting customers. I really would like for them to spend up the service.
That's the last 3 day delivery I'll ever trust USPS with. The last one took 9 days and the present one just took 11 days and I missed a deadline. The service is broken.
Answer: It's probably USPS, they are garbage. They have some of the worst delivery rates and fees.

Answer: They sell them! Seriously! Packages or bundles of multiple packages are typically auctioned off when they have been labeled as "Undeliverable" for a certain amount of time, 30-60 days I presume. Personally, I believe they sabotage any and all items they can so they won't have to deal with it & packages are intentionally marked "undeliverable" when the mail carrier is either too stupid or too lazy to get it in the recipient hands. That is my opinion that I formed from too much pointless research on USPS. BUT, The packages are really auctioned off! That is a fact, not my personal opinion.
