USPS worked, just that slow and make you worries due to no Customer Service button next to tracking status like how TAOBAO app works and responded in seconds. My latest USPS tracking started from bottom up. March 31,2022, 12:15 pm Delivered MALAYSIA Your item was delivered in MALAYSIA at 12:15 pm on March 31,2022. (until i got my parcel sent to local distribution facilities or branch and even delivered to me, UPSP still showing this below. So as mentioned earlier better start track using local post tracking app rather USPS upon Arrived in local Custom status) March 30,2022, 2:29 pm Processed through Facility KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA Your item was processed through a facility in KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA on March 30,2022 at 2:29 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination. March 30,2022, 2:27 pm Customs Clearance Processing Complete MALAYSIA (after this stage your local post office tracking app works timely and will be able to track the latest update than USPS app tracking already) Your item is being processed by customs in MALAYSIA at 10:56 am on March 30,2022. The USPS in this area makes up their own open, closing, tracking rules. Sometimes several locations will decide to close early with no warning; there is often one person working in a station with a line of 20+ people. They may or may not show scans to let you know the status of a package, and there is always that one, angry, disgruntled employee who appear to hate their job, and shows it… I have found this to be universal in every station visited in this area… they also have very good employees who are very helpful in stations, but, the erratic hours, lack of package, data tracking (no scans), packages lost for days, inability to reach anyone via phone or obtain information from the website makes this the WORST PUBLIC SERVICE AGENCY I have to deal with on a regular basis.

Tip for consumers:
The USPS Website can be daunting… you will need time to complete WHATEVER transaction you’re trying to perform. Often times when you have re-entered the information several times, and it has finally been processed, the site will inform you that it is not working, and try later. It appears that some employees are just as frustrated as customers with the way some things are handled as they feel that it reflects on their work quality, and yet, they try their best to offer very good services.

So my package was supposed to be here on December 26th, never received it so I waited and waited a week later now still nothing!? No tracking update no contact at all tried calling got no where election rigging mother fcksrs don't work for $#*! unless it's to help pedo joe Biden steal and election fck you usps you are complete garbage and sht

I wish there was zero star
They got my shipment as express and once package return due to lithium battery (which they didt warn the sender), they returned it via regular mail. It has been 15 days and i still haven't got my package, called support dozen times, and they are saying we cannot tell you when you will have you package. Tracking site is just only show ls where is your package and doesn't tell you the estimated arrival date and time. Now the package has been arrived to my city in Atlanta, but they are holding the package for 5 days in package sorting center which also been told by them is not open to public. Stay away from them l, don't ship your packages folks with usps

Everyday mail delivery(letters) is great, no issues but package delivery + tracking is just terrible. USPS 3 day Priority Packages delivery means NOTHING. They say deliver up to 3 days (not guaranteed), been waiting for 7 days and still nothing. Looking at tracking, my package instead of going to my address, went in opposite direction and for past three days, there is no update and no info about whereabouts, all it says is that it is moving within network, MOVING WHERE? Clueless employees that do not care, "collect a paycheck" type and go home.
Do yourself a favor, if you're sending a package and/or are receiving one, use UPS or Fedex.

Tip for consumers:
Sent package to a different city, tracking is terrible, still waiting for it 7 days later, something that supposed to take up to three days.

The Pony Express from the west coast of America to Missouri was a little over 10 days by Horseback. The USPS from the west coast to Missouri is already over 10 days and it hasn't arrived yet. Don't use the post office if it absolutely needs to get there on time. It can not be done.

They loose your stuff and just say o well. Worst no wonder they are broke. I been waiting 2 weeks and nothing. The lady that brings mail omg I thought she was gonna kill me just for a question what a joke

It's been over a week since I ordered some items that are like 2 hours away from my town, how the $#*! does it take more than 5 days to deliver in 2 hours away destination.
Also the tracking information is not accurate, the tracking history is fake and not updated.
Usps sucks...

Tip for consumers:
Well someone willing to use this courier need to know that it's going to be 10 plus days, even if you ordered the item 60mile away

The last package sent to me by USPS did not arrive but when I tracked it they said it was left on a particular day and time on our front porch. I knew it was not because I waited all day for it. Calling USPS is a nightmare and they said it was left at another address with the same house number but were no help. I had to drive to the local post office and they left for a while and came back and said they traced it to a house where it was left and they would have the postman go to that address and see if he can retrieve it. I did eventually get it, but I had to get in my car and take time out of my day because they did not pursue this issue until I saw someone face to face. Last week my daughter's photo Christmas cards were lost by USPS even though they claimed the company never shipped them. The company had to reprint and resend. Today I was tracking a package (Christmas present) I ordered from Amazon 9 days ago. It arrived in my town 3 days ago but last night was sent to a town 2 hours away. How does a company screw up something as easy as delivering to the proper address? I have not had these problems when packages are sent by FedEx or UPS. I would never send a package by USPS. Just another good example of the inability of a business being run by the government.

Pathetic...nobody knows anything. Package has been in transit for weeks. No one has put in any effort to help resolve the fact my package is missing still.what's the point of tracking a package if it can't be found?

Aweful, irresponsible service, need good training, to much bull $#*!ting... priority mail is aweful... paid for delivery and never on time, i avoid there service for Christmas

According to the USPS website my package was sent out for delivery over 2 WEEKS AGO and it has still not arrived. So I need to know where it is and called *******777 and came up against an automated system.

I have so far spent over 15 minutes trying to get the USPS automated phone system to accept the tracking number. It can never understand what I am telling it and I am getting to the point where I would like to strangle it. It is now 18 minutes in and the system has finally decided that it will let me talk to a human being... albeit there will be a 20 minute wait. My blood pressure feels like it's going through the roof.

This is the WORST automated system I have EVER encountered. Can I not give this review ZERO STARS?

My shipper tells me one thing, and the good old USPS claims they don't have my order, 5 days and USPS has done nothing at all.

The Chisolm post office in Wichita ks will not deliver packages. This post office makes up some B.S. About some man that use to deliver the mail he got bit by a dog in my neighborhood that is B.S. This post office dont have any proof that any postman has ever gotten bit by a dog. This post office they are just lazy i hate this post office the worst post office in the usa worst they i had to go up to this post office to pick up an instant pot cause this stupid post office would not deliver it also i ordered an couple items from Walmart this stupid post office sent them to Missouri the people that work at this post office are no good they are mean they have attitude problems also they are lazy the people that work at this post office don't believe in working they believe in sitting on their butts and drawing a pay check

They really need to update the tracking information periodically. So frustrastated when u have no idea where your package is.

I've used the tracking for locating some packages that had delivered by the USPS, I wasn't impressed. They do track the package, but it doesn't give a lot of detail about real time location's, or where the package is located at the time you put in the tracking number. They say they are hooked up to google maps, and it can give a location for where the package is located in real time, but it doesn't work, at least on my phone it doesn't. Also I have a real problem with informed delivery, I get notices that give me wrong date's, time's, and location's sometimes, I can definitely appreciate that a package might have delays, but if it's supposed to be delivered on the day that the USPS says, then I think and prepare for it to be delivered on that day. I've been informed of a delivery in the morning, only to not only not receive the item, but it shows up the next day, instead of what then informed delivery says, and USPS wants customer's to use the service, well it's not accurate, that's only in my opinion.

They list in Summary they DELIVERED package MAY 02,2022. However when I checked AMAZON tracking status ON MAY 11,2022 it stated ON THE WAY RUNNING LATE... Duh?

I was in from out of town visiting a friend in Salem, VA on June 10th, and she asked that I take a package to be shipped to this particular post office, before she was moving on this day. I did the favor, and when I had arrived at the USPS location in Salem, VA I approached the counter, and I informed the clerk David (Clerk 23) that I wasn't able to find a small piece of tape to close the front of the box, and asked that I could use a tiny piece just to seal the corner of the box. He replied: "There's tape over there on the wall for ($)." I explained to him that I didn't have any money on me, and that all I needed was a tiny piece of regular tape. Instead of just being courteous, this ignoramus decided to huff and puff like a brat, and tell me, angrily "I will just do THIS!"
I couldn't understand the anger for the life of me! Perhaps he was missing out on one of his "conventions."
He then began to insert my return label in a plastic envelope, and wrapped it around the box, but WITHOUT taping the corner that was still visibly open.

I then asked if he could now put a piece of tape on it, and it then replied "Like I SAID, you can buy the tape up on the wall there for …$!"
I stated, And like I said, I didn't bring any money!
David then had the audacity to show his TRUE COLORS, and ask: "Well how in the hell do you think that you are going to pay for this?! "

I explained to him that I didn't have to pay for it, and that it was a free return; (plus his name is not on my bank account. My money is none of his business unless I in fact needed to make a purchase there, and provide him the money for the item. I did not, therefore he should have just shut his mouth, and taped the box. Simple as that. That is his job, therefore he needs to conduct himself as a postal clerk. If he wanted to get paid for running his mouth a mile a minute, with what sounds like a bunch of nonsense, then perhaps he should apply for the position of an Auctioneer! That position would be more of his speed, in more ways than one).

Dave then commenced to roll his eyes, put his hand on his hip, huffed, and puffed again, and had the audacity to slam the tape on the counter! In FRONT of other customers I must add.

I then informed him that I would be reporting him, and the temper tantrum that he displayed in front of customers, and "Super Dave" decided to put on his rusty cape and say:

"Gooo ahhheeeaadddd then! Make my day!"

The comedy of it all. Such a despicable display.

I then told him that I sure will, because his complaint is coming.

As I walked away, this boy decided to converse with the customers in line about me. Unbelievable! Unacceptable!

If this is the way this particular location allows their employees to conduct themselves, and treat customers in such a distasteful way, I feel sorry for the rest of the customers. This person shouldn't even have access to the post office- he appeared as if he was going "postal" right before my eyes today.

After his performance today, he should be terminated. Expeditiously. No telling what he will do next.

Tip for consumers:
If you by any chance live in Virginia, and need to travel through Salem, VA, while needing to mail something off, please do not stop at the post office there, because if this particular individual (clerk 23) is still working there, you will more than likely not end up with a pleasant experience- and in the event that his garbage-level behavior reflects on how the rest of the employees are, yeah, you would be advised to find another post office.
He would’ve NEVER treated a REAL MAN like that:)
