LAZY! Non existent customer service. Typical government agency that has absolutely no care or concerns for the public that they are supposed to be serving. Service is getting slower and slower and more unreliable while prices just keep going up!

I tried to be nice and understanding but was quickly cut off with a very sarcastic reply. It's amazons fault was their excuse. In my opinion if not for Amazon they would be out of a job a long time ago. Suck it up and work like the rest of us have to!

Not happy
March 12, 2024

Was on the phone was told waiting period is 40-50 minutes. I ended up waiting close to 1 hour and 30 minutes this is ridiculous some people have important mail to track. I can get better customer service at Amazon.com. Please upgrade.

As each year, I sent traditional holiday greeting cards to Belgium, France and Luxembourg. The last few years, they took longer to arrive at their destinations. This year took the cake. One card postmarked 13 December finally arrived in Luxembourg today, January 4. The remaining ones to all three countries are still in transit despite my paying additional postage. To top it all, it only took 8 days for cards sent to my address in the US to arrive. I am done with USPS. As much as I prefer tangible greeting cards, I am going to send electronic cards from now on.

$10.65 Charge for What?
November 10, 2023

Sent off a Birthday Card with the expected 2 day delivery. Was charged $10.65 on 11/6/2023 said it would be there on 11/8/2023. Today is the 10th of November and I looked up to see if card was delivered. Its says it is in transit, expect delivery by the 13 of November. Thats 1 week after mailing, I could have sent it first class for 65 cents and it would have already got there. I'm talking about from Abilene,Tx to Omaha,Ne. They should not be allowed to sell you a 2 day promise for $10.65 and not deliver when stated! Post Office SUCKS big time.

I sent packages to the US in early April. It's now mid July and there's no sign of them. They're just gone. One of a kind art and crochet pieces that have immense sentimental value and cannot be replaced, just gone. They've lost everything.

When am I getting my package?

Was supposed to get my package yesterday and no show! I look on tracking and it looks like it never moved out of Florida! So it's been stuck on transit since June 19th! This bs! Usps you sick! I want my $#*!ing $#*! now!

They do not care at all about their customers. Bought their packaging to mail 3 expensive books. Girl behind counter took the package away before I had a chance to insure it. They mangled the package - one of three books actually arrived at its destination only after I filed a lost claim - it was re-wrapped in cellophane and destroyed beyond use. I will never use them again and will be taking all my business elsewhere. They do not even care - the local postmaster just hung up on me.

Lost my $200 package
August 10, 2023

My bike shock that is values at 200+ dollard was supposed to arrive 3 months ago. It never arrived. I had a difficult time trying to even set up a missing mail request and after 3 months of waiting for them to find it, I recieved an email basically saying too bad.

Not friendly not helpful

Had our package for at least 4 days… tracking said waiting for Clearwater to accept it… Go today and they say it's on the route. Explained it was a Christmas gift and celebrating tomorrow which is 3 hours away… wouldn't help so we could meet the carrier to get it….even though they had in their presents for all them days….

I paid $76 to send 2 notarized pages to Europe. Was delivered 13 days later instead of 3-5 days. That is a big scam which messed up all our legal process. A regular mail will take the same time to reach the destination.My mail from Woodbridge Nj to JFK airport took 6 days. Really? 6 days?
I would never ever use their Express International service!

Good concept - not so great delivery...

Site is often slow, unresponsive or wonky

Very useful for both print and ship features as well as tracking - just would like it to work a little better - often have to go through multiple screens to get to supposedly 'commonly used' features...

This is the third time my PRIORITY MAIL WAS NOT DELIVERED how can they loose track of a priority mail letter in Manila envelope.I called customer service they lie through their teeth. They had no track of my mail when I checked with the tracking number but after i called 2 hours they put a false tracking information. Since april 21 24 and march 2nd 24 my mail is going between USPS reginal distribution facility in Philadelphia and USPS FACILITY *******.

Delivery time
December 15, 2022

Packaged shipped November 14, went to next facility and has been "in transit " to next facility since November 19. As of today December 15 status is unchanged. Delivery of package should NOT take over 4 weeks.

The postal workers are usually helpful but the USPS as a whole barely even functions. They are the spirit airlines of the mail world. Cheap and will be lucky to get to the destination in one piece if arrived at all. No wonder they almost went out of business. I'm to the point I'd rather pay more with UPS or Fed Ex and guarantee fast and reliable shipping than pay a little less and not even get the service I paid for.

The worst ever
October 29, 2020

Usps is the worst shipping company out there. As of now I have 3 packages sent that are lost. 4 of 6 priority express guaranteed on time were over a day late and priority envelopes are taking well over a week. I wish I could get my review to someone in usps office but I doubt it would matter. They are full of ignorant rude clerks that don't care if your shipment makes it on time or not. I made the mistake of using them again this week and all but 1 of the 4 packages are late or lost. USPS should be shutdown

I had an unpleasant incident with a parcel. It was sent from another country on March 4, on April 18 it arrived in New York and nothing else is known about package. For a whole month I tried to find my package through telephone agents and a bunch of completed documents. But everything is unsuccessful. Two days ago agent was told on the phone that they could not help and that the package should be wanted by a person who sent the parcel from another country. I am very disappointed with the work of the postal service. There is no complete disorganization and no help.

Abysmal service
January 10, 2024

Ordered a new gas valve for my furnace that crapped out on the 1st of January. It's now the 10th and still don't have my gas valve. Was told it would be here by the 5th but they have decided they want to send my part to 5 different usps facilities in the country before sending it to where it was supposed to go. Can't imagine why usps is going flat broke and bankrupt their service sucks.

I ordered a package off a website and USPS was responsible for delivery, however, instead of shipping it to my local post office they sent it to one 40 minutes away. They then sent me a forwarding notice and said due to an "incorrect address or zip code" on my label, the package had to be sent to a different office for processing. I called their customer service line and thank god for the wonderful lady I spoke to there. She was able to confirm that the correct address was on my label and informed me USPS had just sent it to the wrong post office and is working on processing the parcel to be delivered to my local post office. The only problem is the fact I need the package in 4 days for an event and I won't have it before then. I ordered this 2 weeks ago. They are terrible at keeping track of mail and won't allow me to intercept the package since it came from overseas.

Ordered a package in November. It's still sitting in Chicago as of Dec 22. It arrived in Chicago on Dec 1st. It's been sitting for 20+ days. With not a single update. No one will help if I file a claim. I receive rude messages and then very rude PHONE CALLS telling me not to file any more complaint cases. Stay away unless you have absolutely no other choice.
