Our stuff has been shipped to an Amazon locker. However, we have no idea at all how to open it. We called Amazon many many times to find the way how to open the locker, however, 1. The people who answered phone with heavy accent and couldn't give us a clear guidance; 2. The sound quality is very poor as well! 3. eventually someone from Amazon lets us hold the phone and look for the code to open the locker. Now, 20 minutes passed and we're still waiting...
Why, Amazon, can't you send a guide to our email or cell phone? We're old people and this is our first time to use Amazon and can't imagine the service provided by Amazon is so so terrible!
