Its always the high ticket items that the dumb $#*! head warehouse workers steal. Got a OLED switch and requested expedited shipping and was told my package would arrive the next day. I get an update that the package couldn't be located. Not suspicious at all hmmmm. I will never understand why this company hires Ex-cons who steal $#*! to sort and load these high ticket items. They will just steal it and resell it, and good luck getting support. They try everything possible to stop you from talking to somebody. If you can get it sent through some other company. UPS is operated by a bunch of people just looking to see what they can take from you. $#*! You UPS.
So 3 days ago i ordered 4 SPY x FAMILY mangas and the person that delivered them to my house didnt even put them in my overhang while it was POURING THE $#*!ING RAIN AND THEY COULD SEE THAT IT WAS FROM B&N.

I did a purchase off Amazon on Wednesday and decided to return it Thursday because it was used, got shipping label and was told to sit it on my porch, it was automatic pickup, 4 days I did this, I mind you, I leave home 12:15 for work and come back after midnight, I've called and made serval complaints, all the representatives told the same lie, sit it on porch it will get picked up! Now today being day five they tell me to drop it off, this is the second time this company has did this! Last month delivery driver left my 55 in flat screen on sidewalk, it's only 3 steps to my porch, my tv was gone, my neighbor seen people dragging my tv down the street, I reported it! Ordered items twice and twice it was UPS doing the delivery and they didn't deliver the item. I waited at home on both occasions and they never dropped the items. Instead they sent this far away from my house to go pick up. What kind of service is this.
Recently, I have ordered a product from Wacom, I thought it was a routine to get it. But UPS responded that the address was incorrect, I called back intermediately pointing out we have this address since 1997, by 5:30PM that day, I called customer service again, told that the shopper requested sending back. Again, I placed the second order from Wacom, telling the lady if we could use another express service, she said let's use same carrier again, and on the delivery date, I was told that the address was incorrect. This time I called the costumer service, requested to keep the package at local hub, finally I got my mail yesterday morning. It was such a struggling, the UPS delivery guy was so exceptional. I got my Amazon packages 3-4 times every week, it never happens. Is that my fault to have an unchangeable address?
Package sent to South Carolina instead of Ohio. It's been put on hold for 3 days and counting! How is a late package not seen as a priority. Spoke with Amazon and UPS several times. Only to get a insincere apology and a unfulfilled promise that they are on it.
Apparently they hire anyone. Where i used to live i would see the driver always yelling and swearing as he was driving, now I just witnessed a delivery driver completely flip out because someone touched "his package" that wasn't scanned yet.

I phoned in to order a set of frame connectors.( cost $ 305 us) about 2 week later I saw my cedit card was changed $ 720 canadian ( $ 537 us) about 1.37 exchange rate AND $ 231 us SHIPPING ( THIS IS UPS DELIEVERY) The same frame connector from another place are same price for parts BUT there shipping with fedex is $ 57 dollars US Both are from califoria

Terrible comunication with them... I order package from Germany. My package was from Germany in Calgary in 3 days. UPS called me to confirm my addres so I was expecting delivery pretty soon I payed 523 $ for the fees and delivery to UPS. After 20 days many times calling when each employer told me different story where is my package whenever I started to be rude and yelling finally they told me where is my packahe so I can go and pick it up. Of course the package was not there! After refilling investigation my package was lost 16 kg! Horrible comunication and as you can see 16 kg of big package with bike can get lost pretty easily! Somebody just steal it. Be carefull with them I will recommend better to choose different company.
Email from UPS stating package would be delivered between 11 am and 1 pm. After 4 pm I still have not received my package and upon calling, they not say package may not be delivered until 9 pm. Really poor showing for a billion dollar company that has a known amount of packages on a truck and a known route.
After a month long process jumping through hoops, verifying costs, unworking UPS forms, wrong info, website sending me in circles, etc. UPS finally claims they sent a check... the minimum $100.00 for a nearly $500.00 claim. Now why couldn't they have issued the $100 the same day THEY verified that THEY lost the package? And to top themselves, they claim to have sent this check to a mailing address that does not exist!? That is a competent company. I once had to file a damaged package claim with FedX, but at least they promptly paid without all the hassles of UPS.
THEY LOST A PACKAGE WITH DOCUMENTS THAT WILL TAKE 3 MONTHS TO REPLACE BY VARIOUS STATE AGENCIES. AFTER SEVERAL UNSUCCESFUL ATTEMPTS TO GET THRU TO AN AGENT I PROCESSED A CLAIM THRU THE WEBSITE. AFTER A WEEK I RECEIVE AN EMAIL THAT THEY ARE CLOSING THE CASE BECAUSE THEY CANT REACH ME.

This must be the worst delivery service on earth. I mean, i bet parts of India have better delivery since 90% of their employees speak their language!
I had a small package from the USA to Canada, the package worth was 70 $ (Cad) but they charged me 35$ as the custom fees, however after two weeks waiting for my package they just returned it to the shipper in the USA! During this time I've contacted their customer service at least 10 times but they just played with me and they even didn't know where is my package themselves and each agent was saying something different and when I went to the ups location that they were saying my package is there ( I spent 3 hours for going there and coming back as it was far from my location) they told me as I didn't pay the custom fees they returned my package while I paid it already to UPS. My experience is UPS just plays with you and they don't care about the time and customer. I'm wondering when they can't handle such a small package why do they undertake the responsibility? I'm going to claim the refund for both the custom fees and the package from UPS.

You ask them not to pull big truck in driveway they do anyway when u call make complaint they rude. I also have video I told them numerous times don't pull in my driveway not made for big trucks won't allow my video so I played video and snapshot pics in order
Dont bother with express delivery chances are it wont arrive till the end of the day I live in Kansas city and these truck drivers are incredibly slow and they update your delivery on their own time its their job they need to get it together
We were supposed to receive 2 packages. We received a notification it would arrive late, ok fine. It was supposed to be delivered today but the driver supposedly couldn't find out address. Ok... Called ups and the lady I spoke with said our address was messed up even though we both had the correct address. She then wanted me to change my address to the correct one... It was already correct... Ok. Well I asked if I could just pick them up, so they want to charge us for a mistake that's not our fault to go get the packages and we still get them late. Crazy!
