Driver was late, the omly way to find out was to call at 6:30,30 min before final delivery only to be told it would be another hour and a half! After a 24 hour delay. I had been waiting outside from 1-7:30. The box was so damaged the driver couldnt put it on a dolly. The box had been broken into pieces with the contents exposed and falling out onto the street. The product was so damaged it could not be held. The box was literally in pieces. USPS does a better job. Never using ups again and im contacting corporate! Ups should no longer be in the delivery business. They would be better at transporting garbage but would probably screw that up to. My advice, dont use ups, try fedex
I was waiting for a package from UPS. My experience has been generally good until today. Package was scheduled to arrive on Wednesday. Then I got an update saying Thursday. Then I got an update saying it will be delivered to a UPS store near my residence (my choice because a signature was required) by 8:00PM on Friday. Checked the tracking this morning and it showed "waiting for customer pick-up. Went to the store and they searched for the package for 20 minutes. No package. They then called and determined it had been delivered to the wrong UPS facility. I called UPS and after listening to elevator music for 10 minutes, I hung up. Called a complaint line and was able leave a call back number. Got the call back and it was a computer that simply asked the same information repeatedly. Called another number and actually got a person who was really good at apologizing (I assume a lot of practice). Allegedly, my package will be delivered next Monday which will be six days later than expected. I thought bar codes were designed to prevent these issues. I will say that the UPS driver who normally delivers to my neighborhood is great. The people at the UPS Store close by are very nice and helpful as well. The delivery and tracking process was a total failure.

Two weeks ago I paid and exorbitant amout of money to Ship a package from Canada to Trinidad. It cost me $199.00 for a four days delivery turn around time. To be exact the delivery date was suppose ro be Monday Aug 22. Today is Friday Aug 26 and the package has not been delivered. UPS is very unmannerly and heartless. Not even a phone call advising the client that the package would be late. GOOD BYE UPS. Welcome Federal Express. You guys need to be more responsible.
Literally tried delivering my $1000 phone twice according to them. Ive been home both times waiting all day and they never even tried, never rang the doorbell, nothing. Save your money and time and tell the company you purchased from to give you another option for shipping. UPS has gone nowhere but downhill
I was in a rush to send legal documents to Honduras. Since UPS was the closest option available we bought the fastest delivery option and paid more than $110.00 to ensure this documents arrive within 2 days. Package took about 6 or 7 days in transit. They used every single excuse to justify this delay: first they said they do not deliver in this area, (total lie, address is in the middle of a main city and all couriersarrive here), then they said they do not deliver in Honduras, called the person who was supposed to received the package and charged extra since they used a third party. When I placed a claim, they said it was detained by customs. One lie after another. They would not adjust the price we paid to the delivery time it took. NEVER AGAIN, never using ups again. Iconstantly send packages with Fedex and Purolator and never had an issue.It is unacceptable how ups doesn't take responsibility.

I've lived at the same residence for 14 years. The last two years UPS has made me Chase down my packages because they no longer know where I live. When trying to get in contact with a human being over this issue it's impossible! I have canceled any of my subscriptions that have to do with being delivered by UPS.
They make it almost impossible to find out how to put on a free vacation hold, but make it very easy to pay to reschedule, typical dark patters to wring out extra dollars.
And to do a vacation hold they don't simply deliver after the vacation ends, that is not free, instead you have to select an "access point" i. E. local ups store/facility to hold your package for pickup.
It sounds nice but somehow a day after the access point is selected they'll email saying they will not be able to deliver to the access point that UPS itself proposed. Instead they'll send an email saying it will be delivered at the original schedule location and time, i. E. when you're out of town.
But It won't be delivered, instead the tracking will show an exception and say that they are trying to contact the receiver. But You (the receiver) won't receive any phone calls or emails from UPS, because they aren't actually making any attempt to contact you, at least not in any visible way. And despite the online tracking saying they need your input, there won't be any way to do it online or any direction on how to resolve it.
If you call in they'll tell you it's actually already at the access point that the online system said it wasn't delivered to and they're going to send it back to the sender after another day, but when you go to the access point it won't be there. And so it's back to calling UPS and fighting the worst phone tree ever to just try to talk to someone even although last time they gave false information. I still don't have my package. This kafkaesque nightmare hasn't ended.
They are the biggest liar when you call for a supervisor they give you a name that doesn't exist. They will give you incorrect information and they are very dishonest. If package are lost they will not return your money back or responsible for it.
My package was rerouted to Washington state even though it was less than 20 miles away at the local facility. Was supposed to have been delivered yesterday, now they are telling me it may take another 3 days to arrive. Terrible no good company, don't use. A pigeon would be faster.

As a trucking company owner trying to move loads from canada to us. Custom brokers who clears our shipment across borders plays major role and It is very essential that these brokers are open atleast 7 days a week. I did not know that ups closes on weekend, one of my shipment is stuck at border and I will have to wait for them to open up on monday.

In the past several months, UPS has misplaced or lost a number of our packages.
I now DO NOT BUY ONLINE from companies that use UPS for shipment. However, I made a mistake, bought something on Costco.com and have wasted hours of my time trying to find a package that was marked delivered but was not delivered.
I do not like thieves, and I do not like liars.
The driver did not deliver the package at the stated time. We know because we were on our front porch at that time and there was no UPS truck and no package. We also asked some of the neighbors and none of them saw a UPS truck during the time that the package was allegedly delivered.
I spent hours on the phone on Saturday evening, and even cancelled our dinner plans in an attempt to resolve the issue. I spoke with a supervisor by the name Joy who lied to me.
First of all, she said that the driver is under investigation and so is the location of my package. That was a lie because I found out on Monday that no case was even opened.
She told me that she or another supervisor will contact me on Monday with an update - another lie. No one called and there was no update because there was no case.
The third lie was that she will inform Costco that the package was not delivered. She never did.
Finally, I was told that UPS has contacted Costco, which of course was a lie, since Costco has not gotten any communication from UPS regarding the package.
The fact that there is no way for a customer to escalate issues such as this occurrence and the fact that the only recourse is to interact with a dummy on the website or if one is lucky and tenacious enough with a very reluctant agent on the phone (after hours of waiting) is not acceptable.
Made 4 calls to ups help line to just to remind them for collection of my parcel as it happened last time that driver forgot to pick up. Today after calling the help line about 4 time even before the collection time, i ended up getting call by helpline saying sorry driver said collection tried at 5:15 but parcel is not ready. This was a clear lie as we were waiting for the driver from 1 o clock to collect.
I don't really leave reviews as I'm a service provider my self but it really feels bad when people start neglecting work which should be done on time and making excuse or lies just not do to there job properly.

Store 5647@ 2129 FM 2920-Sprng, TX-my husband, who is a Navy Seal Disabled Veteran went in the store to get something notarized and Scott said he could not sign it because the document was "filled" out. The document was NOT signed, just the other information. Then when my husband asked if he can print it out and fill it out in front of him, he had a bad attitude. When our daughter in law came in to sign the document, she showed him a picture of her drivers license, Scott said he would not accept that, then my son was getting his license out to show him, Scott closed his notary book and said he won't notarize anything. Thanks to Scott, we missed our deadline because we had to go to H‑E‑B and get it notarized. Scott is bad for business, but the reviews for this store is a disgrace for the UPS name. Will be calling corporate.

My package is now 5 days late. I assume it'll be another 2 to 10 days before I either get it or I get some email from the supplier that my package was lost. Somehow the package originally was in my state, was set to be delivered on time, then ended up in Las Vegas. It took another 3 days to get back to my state. It has been sitting in whatever warehouse-sorting facility for 2 more days. Absolute knobs, every single one of them. FedEx is vastly better.
