I'm an avid online shopper so i've dealt with UPS for years. I travel often so sometimes I deal with UPS overseas and it's just as bad as it is in the United States. For now let's focus on the USA. First off, don't waste your time calling the customer service hotline because you won't go anywhere. The automated system is so flawed that you'll go in circles just to get cut off at the end. Secondly, customer service representatives tell you they will communicate with individuals involved with your delivery but it NEVER works out. I literally have to deal with this EVERY time I get something shipped via UPS. They have my address listed as a business even though it's a home so I don't have the option to pick up packages from the distribution center. Which takes me to the next ridiculous issue. Get this, the center is only open from 8am-noon and from 7-8pm. Seems like they cater to people that either don't work or work a graveyard shift. If you have the option to choose a shipping company I would recommend you steer away from UPS. I always opt in for USPS or FedEx; maybe even DHL. I'll take anyone else over this company ANY day!
If you has a small business never signed for contract with UPS! The shipping price is double for your business account then anybody else, instead you agree and you asked, customer services do not help, the invoice printing fee weekly £5.64! The parcel price what you agree they are not keep, always some extra price on it, and then they said you do not read the contract what you signed for! You can not get back your extra money what they're charge you for any reason, you can not talk to someone who will help! You can't reach your contractor never ever... who first time got contract with you again!

These guys claimed to try delivering my package for the second time today but my cameras say otherwise.

Same day I called the UPS 800. Even after contacting the customer representative of requesting for the redelivery. Same situation happened.
That issue with this access point is it has no parking area available.
More so, the package does not require a signature Therefore, UPS delivery guy can just drop off the package in-front of my door.
I was home the first time it was claimed that no one was home for delivery but I was!
I am home today for redelivery but no UpS guy showed up infront of my door but instead, he decided to just dropped off the package at the access point for his own convenience.
This is why UPS is a very UNRELIABLE to send out and receiving packages!
I requested for the third delivery tomorrow and we will see what happens.
If I may suggest that UPS delivery guys should be reprimanded if they do not do their jobs.

Poor customer service they recently gave my package to the house next door as they reported over the phone
I think they are the only ones who charge custum fee $100. Their employee just left note on the door of my building without knocking or calling me. Then I received an email to pick up my package in the store where they leave packages and I left there, my package is NOT THERE! I have to wait another 3 days to go again and try to pick it up. I will never order something if they will deliver!
Today I have dealt with the Derry, NH, UPS store with a need for packing & shipping some valuable items to an "unclear" address in SC. Alex is the associate who worked with me. Without his courteous reassurance, I would have been seriously worried. He packed meticulously, gave me guidance in clarifying the address, and kindly assured me that my package would ship out@ the next pickup time. Alex is a credit to this location, and his cheerful, kind help is much appreciated. Thumbs up to UPS Derry and to Alex.

Well I had a package from UPS Delivered to my address. So I wasn't home, I was at work. The UPS Carrier left my package outside the building. When he could have gave my package to the office. So someone stole the package. I will never have UPS deliver anything else for me. If it's not being delivered from USPS. I will go to the mall and get. They are por delivery carrier's.
I am expecting a delivery since 24 August 2022 but the some of the UPS delivery driver are lier and super LAZY! I HAVE BEEN CONTACTING AMAZON ABOUT THIS STILL UPS PRETEND THAT THEY ATTEMPT TO DELIVER MY ORDER BUT IN REALITY I DID NOT EVEN SEE THE SHADOW OF THE UPS TRUCK NOT EVEN ITS TIRES.

Week after my parcel was due to be delivered. I found myself trying to find it. Speaking daily to ups was truly stressful has each time they told me something different to my parcels whereabouts, honestly I could go on their incompetence and inability to help his staggering

The customer service is unhelpful and mean! I got a panic attack talking to them on the phone. Someone rescheduled my delivery date even thought I did not request it. Then the driver came 3 times and said that I am not at home when I was waiting for him all week at home. He did not even try calling me because apparently they dont have a professional phone. How is it even possible? Anyway, I spent my days calling UPS like 4-5 times per day because they would promise to call me back reassuring that they will deliver it today. But it did not happen. Then they always have bugs on the website for my status and they never communicate on the website when the package will arrive. Nightmare! Company that does not know how to solve problems — both the driver and call center. I will never use this delivery service for my own brand and for anything else. I have been still waiting for my package.
It used to be a very friendly and on time company but recently they stop caring about customer service their store looks like junk I feel sorry for the drivers that have to deal with this and with the consumer I know UPS doesn't care they are too big to care but it's sad once a good company is degraded to this level

Worst delivery service and claim service. If you have a damaged good, it's over. You will never get compensation for a damaged item.
