I ordered a mermaid blanket for my daughter for Christmas in November 2016, it is now April 2017 and I have still not received my order. I asked for an explanation twice and received a bogus response that the shipping company is responsible and they are not. They also will not give me a refund since I did not purchase any insurance at checkout. This is ridiculous. I will be reporting this company to the NYS Attorney General Office!

Aantrekkelijke pull's gezien en besteld, helaas een maand moeten wachten op de pull's, niet kunnen opvolgen waar die zaten. Bij levering dan merken dat er een pull ontbreekt. Beginnen we te passen, allemaal veel te klein, besteld een M en mijn dochter die bijna 8 jaar word kan erin, heel slechte kwaliteit en afwerking, overal losse draden, geen etickel met de maat erop en ook geen info hoe te wassen enzo. 1 pull kan je rechtzetten van stugheid, echt niet draagbaar.er is ook niks te bespeuren om de truien terug te sturen, das een site die ze mogen opdoeken, een en al bedrog, schandalig.

Ainda só fiz uma encomenda, por isso só tenho uma experência.
No site foi muito fácil fazer as compras. Dizia que a encomenda demorava 10-20 dias úteis a chegar, no entanto foi muito mais rápido. Chegou tudo em bom estado.
Sem valor mínimo de compras, nem portes! Este é um ponto extremamente positivo!
A qualidade dos artigos é razoável, mais ou menos conforme as peças. É exactamente o que achamos nas "lojas do chinês".
Ho acquistato la coperta coda da sirena 1 mese fa è arrivata con un imballaggio perfetto. La coperta è ben lavorata, ed è un bellissimo regalo da fare. I colori sono identici a quelli nella foto illustrativa e il sito risponde ad ogni dubbio puntualmente. La mia esperienza è più che positiva e ordinerò sicuramente in futuro.

He comprado en algunas otras tiendas como estas, pero twinkledeals si que me sorprendió para bien, ya que en primer lugar no tiene gastos de envío como otras páginas, segunda la variedad de su ropa muy bonita por cierto y tercero las ofertas que siempre están manejando. Mi primer pedido de esta página ya me llegó y está todo muy bonito tal como en las fotos lo describen, las tallas son correctas y la joyería muy bien hecha, recomiendo mucho esta página si quieren cosas bonitas y a buen precio. :)

Al presentar problemas en el transito del envio el dinero se ha regresado sin problema ha mi billetera. En General es una muy buena opción de compra. Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.

Answer: The products will be coming from China. They will be extremely low quality, they will not fit properly, and it will take you weeks and weeks to get the garbage. Please learn from my mistake and do NOT order from them
Answer: Log into your account and submit a ticket inquiry on your order. I had to do that also when my order was showing invalid tracking. They replied within 24 hrs. I had expedited delivery and it took about 3 weeks to get my order.
