Husband is currently in a deployed location, ordered what he thought was a nice arrangement of flowers that I love only to receive something totally different! He ordered red roses with red carnations and I got red carnations and white daisies in a bouquet that was half the size of the original one! Offered 10% refund because I was upset and was reminded about their substitution policy... you cannot tell me that they ran out of red roses two days before Valentines Day and that daisies are a comparable substitution! I will not order from them again!

I placed an order for flowers. They never got sent on my mother in laws birthday. Then I received an email saying "Tried to contact you by phone about your order going out to Lincoln. Unfortunately, we cannot get a hold of our affiliated locations there. I tried a few different locations in that area but no one else will be able to go there for today.

We don't want to withhold your funds, so we will be processing the full refund for you right now in the amount of $69.53. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to show on your account. We do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused for you."

I NEVER GOT THE REFUND! Also, they never got back to me when I asked about it several times so we have reported their business.

Ordered flowers for my aunts birthday 2/28/2020 and they never came to her. I'm in MO and she is in GA. Pissed beyond measures! Please don't give your money to them! They will send you a copy of your receipt and who the flowers were supposed to be sent to you and everything but the hint to the email verification is that they do not provide a callback number for customer service,
This is something that I fell for.

"Thank you so much for placing an order with us going out to Amber. I tried to contact you with the phone number that was left in your order. Unfortunately, we no longer service that area. El Dorado Hills is a very rural area. I am sorry, no we can not make this delivery. I am processing the full refund for you right now in the amount of $74.88. The person NEVER tried to contact me via phone, and additionally they CHARGED MY ACCOUNT and then said they could not provide the service? WTH is that all about? Bogus business. DO NOT USE.

Total scam!
April 16, 2020

Charged us for the flowers on a credit card. Then a couple days later sent us an email saying they tried to call us and they could not deliver to a "rural area". (was in a city of 75,000). We asked for a refund and they promised to give refund in 5-7 days. Never heard from them again. No answer to emails or phone calls. How do we shut down a scam like this?

Truly these hustlers deserve negative stars. I ordered flowers online. My credit card was charged but on the day of the scheduled delivery I received an email that they were "unable to contact their affiliate" so they asked if they could deliver the next day. Yes was my answer please deliver ASAP. Again, I received a notice that they were unable to deliver and would refund my money immediately. That was just 2 days shy of a month ago. Nice hustle they have going. Take your money, deliver no product and keep the cash! Having looked at all these reviews that say the same thing, I intend to contact the attorney general in New Jersey and ask her/him to look into this "business." Clearly a group of scammers. The BBB has this information on the associated web site. Multiple reports all the same. These people are thieves. DO NOT USE THEM.

In summary, I ordered flowers one day and they got my money, then for the entire week, they emailed me to see if they should deliver, well duh! Obviously since they got paid, after a week of this (they offered no discount) I finally said forget it! If it says Troys florist.com do not order from them!

Regretting

I ordered flowers for my mom from my dad to be delivered on her birthday- as I now see from reviews this is a complete scam and I feel like a moron and ruined what was supposed to be a nice surprise from my father. Why is this POS the first thing that comes up on google when they have multiple better business bureau reportings that you dont see till after you google reviews. Wish there was a 0 star option. Contacting the bank asap to dispute the charge. Embarrassed that I ruined something so special.

Ordered flowers for Valentines Day 10 days prior, then 2 days before they email me to let me know they could not fulfill order and would receive my money back within 3-5 business days. 10 days later I haven't gotten my money back, and there is no phone communication, cant get a hold of anyone. Its a mess. There is no store front to go to to talk with them, no phone number to call - I don't believe this is actually a real company - its just a scam. Save your money and time and go elsewhere!

I ordered flowers and they indicated that they were too busy with Valentine's Day flowers to complete my order that I had placed on February 11,2020. What I found extremely infuriating is that they ended up charging my account on February 13,2020 anyway. Ever since then, I have attempted to receive a full refund for flowers that were not even sent. I went through a 3rd party and sure wish that I had seen this site before I placed the order,

Just lost our business. Feel completely stupid for not reading these reviews prior to this... yes, per typical they emailed a few hours later and said they would not be able to deliver the flowers today and I would not be getting a discount for this inconvenience or anything. Said it was not guaranteed. We canceled our order.

SCAM!

Flowers never showed up and after talking with someone several times, they said they would refund the money. No money was ever returned and they told me that I had to talk to my bank. Every person that I talked to was very rude and had an attitude like I was the one who was wrong.

On Feb. 7,2020 I ordered flowers from them. They were supposed to be delivered the same day. They emailed me and said they had trouble with the driver and would not be able to deliver them that day and said to e-mail them as how to proceed. I told them to cancel the order and was told they would refund my money in 7 to 10 business days. I've have emailed them 3 times now and still have not received my $62.04 refund as of April 13th. These people are thieves!

I ordered flowers on a Monday after seeing the ad for Troys Florist. It said "same day delivery." By Wednesday the flowers still hadn't been delivered and would not be delivered until Friday. This did not work for me so I said to cancel the order. I was assured it would be canceled and I would get a refund. I have contacted them numerous times and each time they are checking into it. Still no refund 24 days later. Do NOT use this company!

Bad experience all around
December 23, 2019

The bouquet is nothing like the beautiful image of the bouquet I selected online. My folks received 4 carnations, some sprigs of greenery, leaves spray painted gold, a couple of mums and two roses. While I understand that substitutions might need to be made at busy times of the year, the bouquet they received (pictured) is very cheap looking and it makes me sad that this is what my Mom received. Like many other florists, they should have said "SOLD OUT" next to the images on their website. I will not buy from them again.

I would actually rate them a zero. I ordered flowers in the amount of $75 on December 23rd. My bank account was charged and then I received an email right after stating they couldn't fulfill the order as they were too busy. But I would get a refund. I still do not have the refund and it is Feb. 25th. Nor will the person I am emailing help me to get that. " You were issued a full refund and there is nothing else we can do for you at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience." I was not refunded the full amount and there is no offer to help trouble shoot the issue. BBB has multiple complaints as the same practice with this company. I am still trying to get my money back. Be wary doing business with Troys Florist.

I ordered two arrangements for different family members for a funeral in February. The total cost was $230. Initially I thought I was ordering from a local florist in Wisconsin. I went to the funeral and neither arrangement was delivered. I have contacted Troy's Florist several times. Twice I received a response that the credit was being processed. The last email I had from them was March 10th. They haven't responded to my latest email that I sent them on March 20th.

Ordered flowers from Troys ~ found out my sister's flowers came from a totally different florist! Not a local florist in Cape Coral, FL at all! Flowers were nothing similar to the picture with gerber daisies and roses. Just daisies and carnations. So disappointed. Was lied to, mislead, and cheated. The arrangement my sister received was less money where I was charged a much higher price. Troys pocketed at least $20 from the bouquet I ordered. It's so sad that there is a fraudulent company out there that has no conscience on taking advantage of people at a profit. Profit is the only thing they want from you. Lesson learned on my part! Don't make the same mistake I did. I'm from Indiana and ordered online in Florida I thought that stated they were a local florist that was family owned! The first picture was the one I ordered~ the second photo is the arrangement my sister received! Pictures are worth a thousand words! Don't use this company ever! They will lie to you!

Not what was promised

I picked out a pic of tulips and hyacinths in pale pink and deep blue. They sent a an arrangement of mauve roses (recipient does not like roses). When I complained, they said "we are allowed to make substitutions." Maybe, but they should have stuck with the same vibe and colors. They refused to send a replacement.
