Look at what I ordered (1st photo- orchid) and what my friend received (2nd photo). I can't believe I didn't research further before I ordered. Troy's Florist is clearly not a legit business. A 5-year old could have done better than this. Very disappointed.

Doesn't deserve a Star

My son and daughter n law are based in Abilene Texas. They are expecting their first child today. So I ordered flowers and balloons. Never received balloons. I called to asked about the balloons and she was very rude and send a email and bye all in one sentence. I WILL never order flowers from here again. That's a shame I live in Ohio and this company runs a business like this. I wish I didn't have to give you a star to comment on this site!

Ordered flowers for a friends birthday on April 2nd to be delivered on April 5th. Got a notification email and my credit card was charged. I checked in with my friend on Monday and she told me that she did NOT get any flowers. I decided to call them nobody was picking up the phone, I tried again a few minutes later, nobody picked up. I emailed customer service and they responded in less than a minute:

"I am so sorry, we contacted every florist but they all required more money to do this order and we did not want to ask you for that. We tried our best. I've just placed this for a full refund. It does take 2-4 business days to appear on your account. I do apologize for this. I am sorry that you were not notified sooner.

Thank you."

Will see if they actually refund...

My daughters birthday was such an important day and they tried to scam me out of more money at the last minute, saying that they would send a designer choice bouquet, and all I wanted was any kind of plant. Designer choice bouquets mean they get all the garbage that no one else wants. I was devastated!

Unbelievable. A simple flower and chocolates order and they can't get it right. Just wanted to send flowers and chocolates and they forgot the chocolates. OK, so I asked them to deliver them since I paid over $80. They would only refund the chocolates but refused to refund the sales tax on the chocolates. I said I am a government employee and that's against Sales Tax Law. So they hung up on me twice. Documenting this here as I dispute the charge on my credit card. What should have been a joyful transaction turned out to be a nightmare. Please, do not use this company. Hey, owner of this company, you might want to return my 6 calls since your staff won't let me talk with you about customer service and violation of sales tax collection laws.

In my grief at the loss of a loved one I failed to do due diligence by reading reviews before giving these creeps my money. The arrangement I ordered, with 5 days notice, never arrived for the funeral. No one has answered my numerous calls or emails. I have filed a report with the BBB and will dispute the $91.00 charge to my Visa. How these frauds remain in business is beyond reason.

Very disappointed!

Very disappointed. Flowers were ordered Friday Jan 10, to be delivered to my work. They were ordered that morning and my boyfriend was told they would be delivered that afternoon, when i came home empty handed he was confused. Hes been trying to call all morning to figure out the situation and no one will answer. So i emailed them and they are ignoring me. Told me to have him contact him even with me sending the receipt. GO SOME WHERE ELSE!

SCAM!

Ordered flowers for my wife on our anniversary which was supposed to be delivered the same day. Well 3 days later and they even sent crap flowers. Paid $250 for 3 dozen red roses but got 23 yellow and red looks to be left over flowers. First pic is what she got and second is what I ordered. WTF?

The worst. Promise same day delivery which is the first lie, then they say they will get your delivery to recipient by noon the next day, lie two. Then a day later they cancel the order and send an email advising that no flowers will be delivered. Flowers were for the loss of a loved one - three days late is so not OK. Avoid these people like the Spanish flu! They are unscrupulous!

I live in another state so ordered flowers for my mother in law in TN. She never received flowers, so we called to ask why they weren't delivered and they tell us they needed extra money for delivery fee. Delivery fee was supposedly already included in price of flowers, and they never even called us or attempted to contact us in any way to tell us they could not deliver. Biggest scammers ever! I've read reviews where sympathy and funeral flowers were never delivered as well. Preying on people who are already in distress is the lowest! I think there will be a special place in hell for these robbers!

I ordered the flowers and then was told they were not able to deliver until the next day. The next day I was informed that they tried to contact me (I never received a phone call) that they were not able to get hold of their affiliated locations in their area and therefore would refund my money which would take 2-5 business days. It has been 7 days and I still didn't receive the refund. I am not happy with the services of this place at all. Very, very bad customer service.

I ordered a "best wishes" floral bouquet for my daughter for a promotion she received at work and some type of green plant (looked like it was for a funeral) was delivered. As others have complained, their 888 number is for sales only and the person I spoke with was extremely rude and adamant that I needed to resolve the issue via e-mail. After sending a number of emails with jpg attachments of the bouquet I ordered and what was delivered, I was told they couldn't open the attachments. I also sent them as tif files. I've reported them to my credit card company and will be disputing the charges. It appears that Troys Florist takes on-line orders and works with local florists to deliver the order? Buyer beware!

Flowers were never delivered for funeral. Called CS and got a rep who was very well rehearsed and would t let me speak and after her spill, hung up on me. Called back two more times and got the same treatment. Contacted the thru email and was emailed back that I would rcv full refund but ha e yet to see it.

I order an orchid because I wanted something the family could keep and plant outside. Spent over $100 and they sent carnations and daisys! They said they would refund me $16 back to my credit card but they never did.

I had to give it 1 start to be able to post this. True rating is about -50 stars!

Horrible scam!

Do not order from this place. It is a huge scam. Flowers never delivered and my credit card charged and they said that they were having credit refund issues and I have to go to my bank now. I never review anything but if I can help somebody not be scammed here's my review. I added my email screenshot with the scam business.

Do these two bouquets look the same? NO, not even close! They ordered 2 days earier than I expected (I expected valentines day). These people are crooks. Tell your bank to reject transactions with this company. These people are crooks. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I purchased. STAY AWAY!

Wow, where to start? Rude phone service right off the bat, no greeting, just a "click" and I'm on hold. I placed an order online, called the next day, and was told it was never delivered. They said "the designer wanted more money and should have called you". Who sells a product and then asks for more money later?

I never would have known the flowers weren't delivered unless I called the next day. No follow up, no real apology, just "i'll refund your money". Worst company I have ever dealt with, no lie.

RIP OFF

I ordered a wreath and a plaque to be delivered to my out of state Uncle's Funeral. Neither were delivered. They sent something completely different and are now only offering me a 10 % discount which I am pretty sure I will never receive. The plaque was meant for his Daughter. This is shameful and unacceptable. I have never been ripped off by anyone else when I have ordered flowers. DO NOT TRUST THEM! I should have read the reviews before I ordered! Troys is a scam

I had the same issue as other people posting here. Ordered flowers for mother's day and they were not delivered. When I called them on Monday they said that the vendor was charging an additional $30 for delivery because of the holiday. They offered to deliver the flowers with the upcharge, even though the holiday was over. Total Scam. They said they would refund my money and send a receipt by the end of the day. Still no receipt. I contacted credit card company to let them know I was going to dispute this charge, they can help some. I am also going to file a complaint with the State Dept. of Consumer Protection (CT). If enough people do that, the state may get involved.

Horrible scam

I ordered the flowers that was suppose to be deliver on 05/18/19 and was deliver on 05:19/19 which that beats the purpose.The customer service is horrible they wouldn't pick up the phone. I order a smile cup and it didn't arrive with two balloons only 1 balloon came. Who gets the order wrong and doesn't even have the decency to call and apologize. Please do not buy flowers from this place
