I ordered a $99 fresh flower arrangement for my daughters 30th birthday and they did not deliver them. They did not contact me I had to contact them and they said they had "driver issues". For the $15 delivery fee they could have sent them in an Uber.
I called the police on this company and asked why they are still on the internet stealing money. The officer I spoke with said apparently they haven't got enough police reports written about them. When you consider how many reviews that are all saying pretty much the same thing, they have stolen thousands of dollars! How many of you have a police report on them? You need to file a police report for every company that does this or nothing is going to be done!
I ordered from this place thinking they would deliver my order in a timely manner. They kept making excuses. I cancelled my order and still have not received my refund. Over 3 weeks now. They keep giving me piss poor excuses. I am filing a claim against them through my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They are a piss poor excuse for a business if they really are. They are scam artists.
My story is basically same as everyone else's! This company needs to be shut down. I ordered flowers to be delivered, get email that goes to spam, nothing for days, and finally I contacted. Their response was we were waiting on you to confirm. At this point I was like I did t get a email. End result requested refund that never shows. Had to report as fraudulent charge to bank.
In my grief at the loss of a loved one I failed to do due diligence by reading reviews before giving these creeps my money. The arrangement I ordered, with 5 days notice, never arrived for the funeral. No one has answered my numerous calls or emails. I have filed a report with the BBB and will dispute the $91.00 charge to my Visa. How these frauds remain in business is beyond reason.
Never delivered flowers and did not get credit. Biggest scam on internet! Stay away from this outfit and goes to show you what can happen on the internet. They were the first to come up on Google
This place is a total scam. I ordered an arrangement with roses and sunflowers - and got NONE of the flowers advertised... just cheap daises and carnations. Even the vase was different than the clear glass vase decorated with a "rattan bow" advertised on the site. The phone number on the website is non-working. STAY AWAY. The worst.
Flowers for my Cousin's funeral never arrived. (Ordered yesterday.) When I called the young lady said, "Oh, this is sales only; you need to email them your concerns." Now we find all the terrible reviews... Taking advantage of grieving families!
Ordered sympathy flowers to be delivered to my daughter the day after her mother died. Promised next day delivery. Next day, no delivery. 2nd day, still no delivery. ContactedTroys. Said Bellingham, WA too rural for delivery even though it is 12th largest city in WA. Agreed to refund my $90, but after 2 weeks did not. Contesting charge with VISA now. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FRAUDS!
Wish i wouldve read reviews before. They first off. Called me saying my delivery wouldn't be on time but would go out first thing tomorrow. "tomorrow" comes and they say they need me to authorize $20 more as the florist in the area of delivery requested more. I said no and said i would just take the refund. They claim my refund would take 2-5 business days and it has now been 6, no refund.
This is not a florist... it is a thief with a website. Do not order anything... they will charge your credit card and then give you the run-around on your order until your payment has posted to them. Then you will have to be bothered to file a dispute with your bank to get your money back... and you need a paper trail to support your dispute.
Bad enough that they are stealing... but when you are ordering flowers to send someone cheer in the hospital after a serious accident... or to someone who has just lost a loved one, and the flowers are never delivered (because there are no actual flowers) - that is the lowest level of disgusting. I really wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I actually was trying to support what I thought was a small, local florist... BS!
First of all, I placed an order online and the next day was told that they had no one to deliver the flowers because of an issue with the driver. Then I was later told there was an issue with an "affiliate" to deliver the flowers and they couldn't do it, but that they were going to refund me my money. Well, it's been well over a week and still no reimbursement. I tried calling and was told that I had to deal with customer service via email.
This is a lousy way to do business and I have had no replies to any of my emails about my refund. Save your money and time and don't order from this florist.

Well I should have checked the reviews first - If I had I would not have ordered from these knuckleheads. An advertised "Fresh Fall Daisy Bouquet" was ordered and whatever they had on hand, they sent out. Obviously this is an internet business with third party florists in the local areas to deliver as needed. I will never use these or any other on-line florist again - PERIOD I will walk in and make my order face to face. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
Exact same issue everyone else is saying. They just deliver whatever they have on hand. See pictures below of what I ordered (the fall color arrangement) and what was delivered (no clue how to describe this hodge podge of leftover flowers). On top of this they advertise "same day delivery" - which is a lie. My flowers were late.
Customer service refuses to refund or deliver what I ordered.
Go elsewhere for your special occasion flowers.
Why are these people still in business? I ordered funeral flowers on line because the person that answered the phone to take my order was rude and did not know what items I was talking about. I placed my order on line with the name and picture of the items I wanted. Each held a special sentiment. I was ordering for my employers and my staff members spending over $500.00. Received nothing that I ordered not even near! Company was totally indifferent to my problem or concerns. They wanted me to send a picture of what I did receive but I find it disrespectful taking pictures of the arrangements at the service, not on my mind at the time. So totally cheated and robbed! They did not make an effort to make it right.
I ordered flowers for a funeral. For 3 days running, they told me that "tomorrow" they'd deliver. On the day of the funeral - leaving me no alternative - they told me that AGAIN they weren't delivering to Westminster that day. This company is allegedly IN Westminster. After 3 days of promises, like a fool I believed them. Unprofessional. Unforgivable. I don't know how a "business" like this stays in business. Shame on me for not researching them more thoroughly, but read these reviews. And the ones on FaceBook. Not a single one is favorable. They should be ashamed. If they are reading this review and do NOT give me a refund, I will contest it with AmEx.

I can't even express my frustration to get an email after I thought an order was delivered to a funeral that was really important and it's obvious you don't care about your customers or the fact that they're going through pain and have no clue how to show sympathy or empathy and it's very very visible in your staff.

Finally answered the other phone
1st - Britney told me just to answer the email and hung up... - she's the one that lied when Rachel inquires... saying she never talk to me and it was only like five minutes earlier...
2nd - Samantha - she asked the others if anybody had spoke to me and they all lied and said no, didn't know anything about missing a funeral or talking to anybody five minutes earlier about the fact that they didn't send an arrangement to a funeral when I ordered it more than 24 hours before the service
- when Samantha asked again - they remembered...
- Samantha was a total snot- no sympathy no empathy ton of sarcasm didn't seem to care one way or another that a somebody died and B guys failed miserably

Not sure what excuse will be... however you took my money you charged my card and you didn't deliver the goods that's called fraud...

Company sent a totally different arrangement from what I ordered. I ordered the premium Pumpkin Harvest arrangement $80 with delivery. My recipient got an arrangements of white daisys and two or three fall colored flowers in a glass vase. WTH! Not even close people. When I called the customer service number I spoke to a rude woman who said they you must deal with customer service via email. THEY ADVERTISE THEY ARE LOCAL. She was in New Jersey, Im in Florida. STAY FAR FAR AWAY from this farce of a company.
No address. No answered calls or emails took my 68$ and never delivered! Reviews all iver Facebook say the same! Not a reputable company.

Answer: It is a scam! Your order will be substituted for much cheaper (and completely different) flowers. No customer service to speak to on the phone. All issues must go via email.

Answer: That is a good question. It also makes me wonder about a lot of the other sites advertising they are "local". Finally went with 1-800 Flowers. I did find some excellent almost-local florists in nearby Portland Oregon who had the kind of unique arrangements I was looking for, but they don't deliver in Wash. State, possibly a sales tax issue.

Answer: These people have to answer the God himself for this. Share your experience with the ones you sought to comfort... but use it as a way to do something meaningful a little later when the calls and visits stop. Just be sure and dispute the charges IMMEDIATELY with your credit card company.
