I placed an order for flowers. They never got sent on my mother in laws birthday. Then I received an email saying "Tried to contact you by phone about your order going out to Lincoln. Unfortunately, we cannot get a hold of our affiliated locations there. I tried a few different locations in that area but no one else will be able to go there for today.

I NEVER GOT THE REFUND! Also, they never got back to me when I asked about it several times so we have reported their business.
