I understand the disappointment in not receiving an item purchased. I have requested returns for both Order #40851886 and 40816624 on your behalf. Return shipping is at the seller's expense for both transactions.
You will receive separate emails that will include the sellers shipping address, instructions on shipping the item and return shipping labels. Please be sure to add the return tracking number of your return request within 7 days or the case will close automatically. Note that if the case closes, you can still provide the return tracking number to customer support for your refund.
