Итак, снова этот томтоп. Пишу с маленькой буквы специально, ибо никакого уважения к ним не испытываю. Предыдущие заказы - 3 штуки - были все до единого с косяками. То прислали вообще не то, то полное дерьмо, то разбитый из-за плохой упаковки товар. В каждом из случаев процесс доказательства явных косяков специально затягивался томтопом по максимуму. Теперь новый случай. Заказал 4 разных вещи в 4 разных заказа, ибо не нашел на их сайте возможности консолидировать все в одну корзину. Пришел первым последний заказ, остальные задержались дольше. Это был кейс-рюкзак для Фантома 3SE. Оказалось, что этот Фантом туда просто так не влезает - нужно в трех местах подрезать пенопластовые стенки. Написал отзыв на этот товар и предупредил в отзыве, что НЕ ПОДХОДИТ для 3SE. Обзор не опубликовали, а в отместку за сниженное количество звезд в отзыве томтоп отказался переводить кэшбэк за этот заказ. Я обратился в службу поддержки сайта кэшбека, они обратились в томтоп. Но прошел месяц и томтоп просто проигнорировал заявку. Но мало того, томтоп завалил меня письмами с просьбой написать за 2,3 или 5 долларов строго положительный отзыв на трех сайтах. Вот я и пишу. Отзыв такой, который они заслужили. Компания томтоп - постоянно обманывают, отказываются от своих же обещаний и всегда работают против клиентов. Так же видел сообщения покупателей, которым они под видом нового товара присылали бывший в употреблении отремонтированный. Сторонитесь их!

The last order came first, the rest stayed longer. It was a case-backpack for Phantom 3SE. It turned out that this Phantom simply does not fit in there - you need to cut foam walls in three places. I wrote a review for this product and warned in a review that it DOES NOT fit for 3SE. The review was not published, and in retaliation for a reduced number of stars in the recall, the tomtop refused to translate the cashback for this order. I applied to the support service of the cashback website, they turned to the tomtop. But a month passed and the tomtop simply ignored the application. But moreover, tomtop poured me letters asking to write for 2,3 or 5 dollars a strictly positive review on three sites. So I write. The feedback is one they deserve. Company tomtop - constantly deceive, abandon their own promises and always work against customers. I also saw the messages of buyers, who, under the guise of a new product, sent a used repaired one. Stay away from them!
De 2 produtos que comprei, um não chegou até hoje e outro não pode ser enviado por políticas de envio da transportadora. Perdi tempo tendo que enviar dezenas de mensagena e emails. TomTop não tem um canal de atendimento direto, tendo que acionar redes sociais para achar uma solução. Todos os pedidos foram reembolsados depois de muita insistência e tempo. Tomtop eu não recomendo.

I have purchased many items over time from Tomtop which were delivered ok. Finally one day, I received an item where the battery was totally dead and unchargeable, I asked Tomtop for help (yes I did email *******@tomtop.com many times). They ignored my messages over several months and the few times they responded, it was not a satisfactory solution but excuses - either wait for 48 hours for their technical team to follow up (which they never did), or to offer a pitiful amount to contribute to the cost of a new battery (not even 10% of the cost of a replacement battery). I'd rather them send me the same battery. I should not be out of pocket for a defective item, buying a new battery and be reimbursed a fraction. I spent 5 figures (USD) buying for myself and friends to the extent that I was categorised as VIP Diamond (the highest level). No more.
Tomtop is only interested in making sales but zero customer service, technical or warranty service.

My story a while back is... I made a $5 purchase for a tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay. TOMTOP seems like they have several accounts under eBay. I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.
