We just called pay pal and got our money refunded.
I was never able to get a response, nor was PayPal. I would not recommend using this company.
I hope you make contact with them. Don't leave it too late as they played for time with me and I lost money on an item they never sent and I had no recourse option left through PayPal or eBay. On average 1 in 3 'customers' are being ripped off in this way. Good luck.

This is the number I used to reach them. Took MANY tries, often with weird / changing voicemail messages. Then they hung up on me twice before I could get a word in! Good luck!
You can't it's really hard communication is horrible
I sent emails to sales166@tomtop.com and they responded to me every time sometimes it would a day or two because of the time change between us and them in china... Just make sure to include your order number and i always labeled the messages as URGENT! Hopefully this will help...
Well, they responded to emails twice. After I got paypal involved because my questions were not being answered. I received plenty communication with them... I will ask paypal customer service how did they communicated with foreign businesses.
