Please, please, please start the complaints procedure now. Do not wait any longer, they lie and you will lose your money. They buy time and make phoney excuses. Read the good reviews of Tomtop again - you will spot similarities in the poor gramma and spelling - THEY ARE FAKE and planted reviews by Tomtop to offset the genuine complaints. DO NOT USE TOMTOP. Delivery can take longer especially at Christmas. Most times it con take around 21 days.

Ronnee im in UK and they tend to take 2 and half weeks to arrive but i have waited a week or so longer and also have been surprised with a 8 day arrival.

I have used TT for a long while now and i have had zero problems with them, i even buy off DX, Eachbuyer, Tinydeal and a few others with never a single problem until i tried Gearbest i could tell stories about them with their OVER 6 month non-delivery :/ as with ALL companies there are good stories and bad.

I don't know why, but can take a few to more Han a few days for TomTop to post the items for shipment. Honestly, I never received any items less than 2 weeks. Of the 7 orders o got from them one was received in 13 bays. Most of the others it was 16-21 days after it was posted for delivery. I pay the extra $2-3 in addition to postage for a trackable shipping number. It's the only way to know when it was actually sent out. I've had other shipments from other China Co's that took less than 2 weeks from order date. This Co. Seems to take a lot of time prepping the shipment for some reason.

It ships in 7/10 days means that 7/10 days after they have your $ they will ship (if they tell the thruth) then China to USA by ship or plane? 2/10 days, then fedex to your home 5/6 days. The main problem is that TOMtop has very bad reviews except for what seems to be planted ones. Good Luck, ASfter 10 days start a complaint on Paypal, or your credit card co.

Oh, that shipping itself. Did you get your taking number yet? If so, you should be able to track your order immediately. It also depends on what shopping method you choose.
