Never had a problem one ordering up merchandise from Tomtop, easy, never any snags, on time, product always in tact and working the way it should. Would not hesitate to order from them again.
I ordered from this store few times and every time had different feelings about it. Once I ordered Mini XDUOO X3 portable Hi-Fi player for a great discount (less than 50$) and waited for it for a month with standard shipping. And another time I ordered small first aid kit (also with a big discount) and received it in 10 days with a super saver shipping.
So, if "pending" order status is changed to anything other one, you'll received in 2 weeks. But sometimes you may see this "pending" status for a weeks.
Concluding thing I told earlier, I can recommend it for a non urgent buying, especially during some super sales periods.
Bought an item and didn't worked as it was suppose to, contacted customer service. Unfortunately the didn't solve my issue and closed contacts with me. Most of the items are crap and very unprofessional service. DON`T BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered a mini action camera for 20 and it was delivered to Ireland in the specified time. What I received was better then what was described. The camera was well packaged and undamaged on arrival. I have ordered and paid the Xiaomi M365 scooter since 8 Sept 2017 and until today 11 Oct 2017 the order appears to be in Poland. I have sent several emails and the only response is please wait another week. I called UPS and they told me that they never received the order. Beware! They are fake!

If you are on the fence about getting a Les Paul kit, this is the one to get. This is the rare time you don't get what you pay for! The maple cap was figured beautifully and the set neck fit tight like it should.
The electronics and hardware are adequate for a practice guitar, but a pro will one to upgrade to high end pickups and some better tuners.
I buy items in this store and they never send the products. So I contact with them to get a solution but they don't give my money back and they don't send again the item. They just say that the product has been sent, but the product never arrives. Everybody I know that have bought something here, have the same problem, they don't have the product. Conclusion: Never buy in TOMTOP. They are LIARS and THIEVES.

Unfortunately I bought a product, arrived with defects, I contacted Tom top, I asked for the replacement of the product... after several emails, I have not 'replied... I remained with the product defective and unusable...
I ordered a product on 8 August and expected it by month end. On 4 September I asked for delivery address to be changed because there was no longer anyone at the delivery address on most days. I was told tis cannot be done until it is returned to Tomtop as undelivered. I have not received responses to a number of my follow-up emails to the Support email address and I still have not received the product nor any indication of when it will be received. Today is 11 October and this is totally unacceptable. At the least I expect replies to my emails. No reply to my 3 and 9 October emails. Very frustrated.
