I purchased 3 items from Tomtop but they only send 2. Once you have accepted the package they have proof of delivery so you can't claim for the missing item through PayPal. I would highly recommend avoiding Tomtop but if you are purchasing more than one item I strongly suggest you create separate transactions for each item especially of you are buying higher value items. The Tomtop sites has lots of customer service promises which are all B. S. They wont even reply to your emails.
