Ordered a wifi bulb, and after a long wait, the tracking said it was in the UK on the 23/8/17. Still not received the as at 16/10/17, and after being told to wait a while longer in September, they haven't responded to any of my subsequent emails since. Not sure what else I can do as they're non-communicative. Had no problems with GearBest who are a similar company.
Cant believe their response to this review. 10 emails sent and one reply telling me to wait. Tracking only went as far as landing in the UK.
Tomtop are brilliant value for money and a great delivery service and very helpful, I have bought numerous products from them and i will definitely use them again to buy more products, a brilliant company and very easy to use website.
First of all, I was emailed by their company saying they would pay me to leave them positive feedback. They have terrible customer service. I ordered a dash camera from them and it was horribly made. I could not get it to work correctly and it would constantly freeze up. I asked to return it and Tomtop finally responded after 4 days. They did everything in their power to avoid taking responsibility for the issue. I even made a video showing the problems with the camera. It took about 2 weeks of going back and forth with them through emails, waiting days in between each email to finally get my money back. This company does not value you as a customer, they value your money. Once they have your money then you are pretty much on your own if you have an issue.

Ordering and paying a trolleyset 3 pieces, delivery only 2 pieces, asking for support and help, no answer, total 4 mail to the support account. This is the promised support by the first order. Sorry - this is a fraud
