This company is a total scam.
I ordered some christmas lights on Nov 11. I needed them by Dec 5 so I paid the steep price of 25.00 to expedite my shipping. It is now Dec 13 and i got an email that my shipment has been held up. This is over one month when I paid for 5 day shipping.
They refuse to refund the shipping cost, or refund anything despite the fact they haven't provided the service or product for which I have paid.
I will only get a refund once I send the items back. I have no items to return meanwhile they have my money.
They have not been helpful at all and it is a complete rip off 25.00 for 35 day or more shipping.
Excellent products and on time delivery and moreover with competitive prices delivered internationally :) ;)
I am personally happy with the goods received and service provided by Tomtop. I also find the goods value for money given that I am finding same and similar products more expensive on other websites.

Best stuff and at low price
Got an hard case for about 16.99$ but when i have seen that case on amazon it was about 109.99$ and i was very happy with tomtop

I made several orders on tomtop.com - every single order arrived in very good conditions! Once I had a little quality problem with a set of carbon propellers, but the tomtop support solved it very quickly. So i have nothing to complain about.
