I sent an e mail informing them of address I returned goods to. I get a reply asking what address did I send goods to! What more can I say. One last thing Who is Shamy Z he asks for more info. Further to first post. I have now been contacted by someone else (Mandy) who tells me refund made. But this refers to a previous refund that got settled after a long time. It just proves that the so called help staff do not read the E Mails and just try to fob you off with incorrect information. The 'battle' goes on. Why did I bother to give them another order will not make that mistake again!
I requested to cancel an order within 24 hrs and before it was shipped to me. TomTop ignored my several requests and sent order. I have, at their advice, returned order, at my expense even though it was their fault that it had to be returned, to their 64 Jessie Road Southsea UK warehouse. Sent via MyHermes and I have printed confirmation of delivery including copy of signature. TomTop now inform me can't locate goods therefore it was not delivered.and refuse (so far) to refund my money. Do not use this company steer well clear. The staff are useless, do not answer phone and only send stock e mail answers. They do not understand English even when they are dealing with international orders. Waste of Time and money
Like other reviewers, I purchased LOL Confetti dolls and they were FAKE. They look real on the website but when we received them, we could tell they were not the real dolls. The people who wrote reviews saying they were authentic either don't know the difference between real and fake, or they were given an incentive to write a positive review.
Customer service refused to refund my money unless I paid the shipping costs and and even admitted in an email that the dolls were not real!
I will never purchase from them again. Stay away!
Do not waste your money on this company they sell fake items. We purchased LOL confetti dolls and they show pics on their website of the real dolls, but we received fake dolls that are broke and discolored. They are trying to make me pay to ship them back before getting a refund. This would cost me more money than what I bought them for!

On 02/24/18 I received my order below and it was so shocking to see the poor quality of the fake LOl surprise dolls, my daughter that was waiting for those dolls for 3 weeks started to open the dolls and she found out the scam of products you sell.
I order 4 LoL surprise dolls series 3 confetti pop
None of those were confetti pop, those regular ball and smaller than the original and no confetti pop plus the quality of the dolls was was very bad.
The dolls dont change colors, dont have any caracteristics or the original dolls and were badly painted. And just to make it even worse, 3 out of the 4 dolls were exactly the same.
My daughter is very sad about the products you TOMTOP sell and my self very disappointed from buying from this fake company.

Do not buy from them. I ordered LOL dolls, the dolls look and feel completely different compared to when you buy them from stores in USA. The paint is scratched, the dolls smell terrible, the quality that they are made with is poor, and there was supposed to be surprise confetti inside the ball, but there was no confetti. Probably plastic very dangerous, going to garbage PS. So sorry did not read reviews before...

Do not buy from them. They take items, open them, and repackage them with fake, cheap stuff. They also required videos, pictures, and tried to get me to close my dispute with paypal. They offered me a partial refund but never processed it and I had to settle for a partial through paypal after they strung me along for 2 weeks. Do NOT buy from them!

After this review the merchant elected to send the missing part without further hassle. I received the missing antenna yesterday. I will increase the rating since the issue has been resolved. The product works well.
Purchased this drone about 30 days ago. Got the product, missing one antenna for the PFV. Emailed Tomtop, and they wanted a picture of all the contents, which I sent, then another email to open the bag with spare propellers and check again, which I did, then another Email to send them a picture of the box the product came in. This went on for over a week, sent them an email that this was ridiculous treatment of a customer, and did not hear back. Terrible customer service never do business with this company. Going though all this trouble for an antenna which probably costs them $3.00.
They delivered the package after 2 months and with missing items. I contacted their support but never got a response. Hit or miss on this site. I'll be staying away from this site. I suggest you do the same.

Extremely disappointed! Paid almost $10 extra to expedite shipping & the "Anti Theft Laptop Travel Backpack with USB Plug" was supposed to arrive between 7-12 days. It took 16 days. After using the bookbag for a little over 2 weeks, the lining is fraying and coming apart from the inside of the bookbag and there is a hole where the zipper and inside of bookbag has come apart. I had to sew it closed. Piece of crap! A bookbag from Walmart is better quality than this! Don't purchase, and if you are dumb enough to purchase such a poorly made bag, do not pay extra for faster shipping. We will never purchase from tomtop again.

My story a while back is... I made a $5 purchase for a tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay. TOMTOP seems like they have several accounts under eBay. I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.
