Ordered an IP camera from Tomtop.com in November 2017. Their website said international shipping takes 15-20 business days to receive.
I used their online tracking to watch the shipping process. After 6 weeks I noticed the tracking never changed as the item still showed at the China shipper location. I contacted them via email asking the item status. They responded with the statement that a snow storm in the USA was the hold up.
Waited a few more weeks and inquired again. They told me to "please wait some more time". After 3 months I requested a refund as the package still showed in China. They pushed back and said "they were contacting the shipper for status.
At 4 months, They came back with the package was lost and I would receive a refund in 5 days. 4 days later the package arrived, the refund of course did not.
4 months seems a little long, other online services like Wish.com arrive in much less time and refunds are very quick if the package is lost. Tomtop customer service is more lip service and only pushed back on my requests. I can't recommend Tomtop.com.
Bought a dobocool 4K HDMI adapter ( 7 in 1)
NEITHER the HDMI or the VGA ports work.
I even sent a video PROVING they don't work.
Tom top, ebay ID TTMALLZONE365 response to 5 e-mails. "we are on vacation, we will respond in 2 days" That was 19 days ago.
They didn't even respond to ebay's request for an explanation.
I forwarded the video to sindy at dobocool customer assistance, they want the order number, which magically is NOT WORKING on ebay.

Don't buy from Tomtop! They will show a pretty picture of what you "think" you are ordering, they post fake good reviews. It's BULL$#*!. They send you something different and super cheap and then offer shopping pts to compensate, when you call them on it. I don't want to buy your fake garbage! Gimme my money back, you bunch of liars! This is fraud!

Ordered a low value product (£10) and when it arrived it did not work. They requested a video which I sent then they offered me 30% refund. The item did not work so clearly this was no good. I ended up getting Paypal involved who I am pleased to say sorted this for me. But I will never use this site again. I find it mad how a company has such a sort term view with their customers, they could have sorted this normally and kept me custom, but for £10, they were prepared to exchange many emails to avoid returning the money. This appears to be a standard approach from a Chinese company as I've had the same experience with several other Chinese companies. I am giving up buying from China now.

Excellent service with prompt feedback on orders and delivery. Order was for a 17" ukulele which they had in stock and processed immediately.
I ordered an amplifier SMSL Q5 Pro by chance. It was really cheap compared to european prices (about half price).
I had some problems getting a shipment number, but after contact with support I managed to trace the shipment. It landed in my mail in Sweden and everything looks fine.

Hice un pedido el 27 de noviembre ( Order No: AA17K27L5706-UTCH9Z) y ponía que llegaba en 7-12 días hábiles. Hace ya más de un mes y ahora me dicen que está previsto para el 30 de enero.En el rastreo pone que se envió a España el 4 de diciembre.
