Unfortunately, the dress I received was missing part of its rear clasp so I was unable to wear it for the ceremony. Additionally, the seam on the rear was uneven and bunching so I will need to get it altered. Overall, service was seamless and delivery was quick! Highly recommend.
I received a small in my shorts but I chose a medium.
I reached out to Tobi explaining that the outfit I received fit, but I wanted to try in it in one size up to compare, but didn't want to risk not being able to get free return shipping. The response I got from customer service was curt, not all that helpful, and didn't really leave me feeling like "wow, they really go above and beyond".

Tobi had an amazing sale going on. The dress i purchased is gorgeous. I'm sad they only have 3 sizes. S M L. At least that was the case on the dresses I clicked on. That's really the only qualm I had.

Awful company
I ordered a few items and tried to use their welcome code.
Unfortunately the code did not work. Not only that- when I hit pay, the website stopped working... when i tried to click pay again... the items i wanted were out of stock.
I placed a new item in exchanged for the original item that was no longer available.
I clicked pay and all was good.
I later checked my email and saw that two charges came out to Tobi -
I immediately emailed them and explained that i did not want the first order... however their awful customer service decided to send out the first package not the second... after a whole ordeal i managed to get the second order sent out.
Whilst all of this was going on (lots of back and forth) I realised that i never received a refund... i was then told i cannot recieve a refund even though their website crashed... they'd only give me store credit...
Long story short... after emailing back and forth they agreed to send me a refund.
During the time i sent back the package and now (im waiting for money, they're saying the package wasn't returned) i have had to deal with the WORST customer serviced and have been made out to feel like a liar... whoever is working there is really rude and absolutely has no class... theres been no apology or an attempt to help out.
Ive decided to call the back and get a refund as the people who work in customer service are truly awful and dont care...

This experience this time was not up to my expectations. Shipping was late when expedited shipping was selected and charged for and communicated with customer service. When I received the shipping confirmation, it was sent as ground shipping, so my products arrived way later than when I needed them.

Answer: Contact customer service and tell them, this happened to me before using a few other websites and they told me to place the order anyway and gave me a refund for the items that were overcharged. Pretty annoying when you have a 50% off code to use and they mess it up!
Answer: With your best interest in mind, I would advise that you return in separate packages with labels from each order and watch it closely from beginning to end of the return so it doesn't slip through the cracks. Get a tracking number for each also.
