I found the exact shoes that I wanted for half the price of my Vans store! New with tags, perfect condition. I was hesitant to order because of all of the bad reviews, but maybe they've turned things around. Give them a shot. My shoes arrived 2 days FASTER than was originally estimated. Plus, they included a $30 coupon to Hello Fresh, which was totally unexpected. I'm thrilled with my purchase.
I "purchased" a pair of the new David Bowie Vans shoes through their website. I received a order number and the paypal transaction was pending. I heard nothing back from them for 5 days so I called to inquire on the status of my order at which point the customer service rep. Stated they had no shoes to fill the order!
I've never heard of a business listing items that are available to purchase when in reality, they have no idea if they actually have the product available or not!

Terrible customer service and no resolution. Ordered online November 4, and they say the package was lost by the carrier yet still no refund issued as of December 26. Would never buy anything from this company again. Probably never see my refund.
I ordered a package worth almost $300 and it never showed up and tillys costumer service team won't do anything to help. They say that they don't protect shipping so they can't help me any further. Every time I tried to call no manager is available to help help. This has been ongoing since September 9
Ordered online for a women's size 5 sneakers, they shipped me a men's 5! Brought them to a Tilly's store about 2 hours from home (with other errands). They said they can't do online exchanges or returns! Ridiculous! I had to do an email complaint/exchange. They created an auto incident ticket (email) that said, "All emails will be responded to within 24 hours, during normal business hours." What a joke! Every few days I would respond to that ticket saying that I have not gotten a response. A new ticket would be created with the status of "unresolved." It has now been two weeks with no response. I am writing this review while on hold with them for 15+ minutes and counting. I am going to have to sell the shoes...
They actually answered! And spoke clear English! They apparently don't offer exchanges. But they will give me a return shipping label on them.
I went through Tilly's 28 pages of clothing and by the time I checked out half of the items were no longer in stock and it doesn't tell you which ones are unavailable. There should at least be a temporary hold on the items in your cart... really frustrating.
Bought an item an elected the free shipping, which was promised to arrive within 8-10 days. I've been waiting for over 3 weeks. I emailed them to complain, and all they did was send a Fed Ex tracking number, which I already had. Tilly's never bothered to apologize or explain the abysmally slow shipping. I will never order from Tilly's again.
Basically i would Google the same item you find on Tilly's & order it elsewhere, the speed of shipping is beyond slow.
Tilly's shipping may possibly be slower than ordering from a 1970's Sears Catalog.
Get rid of Smartpost or Tilly's won't be around much longer & based on the reviews they are too stubborn to admit it.
Ordered a pair of shorts for $40 three weeks ago and haven't seen or heard anything about them yet. I tried calling the customer service line and it said all lines were busy so i left a voice mail and they said they'd call me back within 48 hours and haven't heard a damn thing from them and that was over a week ago now. Bull$#*!
They have an awful shipping time it says 5-8 business days but it ends up being like 10-12 I have waited for my order for so long and I am still waiting. Never again will I buy things from Tillys online.
I've seen a lot of negative reviews about Tilly's. I recently went to the one located at the mall in my area, and I've never had so many helpful employees. They were all so friendly and they helped me with some options and even started a dressing room for me since I wanted to try on so many. The prices are reasonable and the clothes are exactly my style. Plus, they always have sales and a clearance rack. Will definitely be shopping here for now on.
They are not responsible for the FedEx Postnet service they hire. The only one who can file a claim is them. They will not file a claim because the driver said it was successfully delivered. The driver threw them in a dog pen instead of bringing to the door like all the other delivery people. I've never had this happen. Customer service refuses to help me with contacting the delivery service. I'm out money and no shoes for my granddaughter.
Great product, shame their marketing and sales are dishonest. One of the things with a Tilley Endurable hat is the warranty - gets stolen or lost in the first 2 years, 50% discount on the replacement. Here is the thing - try getting the discount. Oops, your e-mail go lost. Oh now we'll credit it, but the credit never materialises. Another hat (not the original gets swiped) - how about a 10% discount. And so on.

This companies customer service is the worst, I ordered a pair a shoes as a xmas present and they left out the apt # on the package and it got sent back. I was told I had to wait 6 weeks for them to get the item back until the issue could be resolved, unreal. No assistance at all, terrible policies, but of course the item was paid for immediately.
Ordered a pair of Nike SB shoes for my son and two right shoes were sent to me. No replacement was available so I prepared too return the "pair". Customer Service was more concerned with sending me an offer for a percentage off my next order than with assisting me with my return. That was nearly a month ago and I have yet to receive credit on my Visa for the purchase. Needless to say I will NOT be using the offer for percentage discount on my next order; there will be no future orders from tillys.com made by me. Forget it!
I initially rated Tilly's a one star do to them constantly changing the delivery date and the bad customer service when I inquired about it! I felt compelled to upgrade it to three stars because my order arrived today, just in time for the occasion it was ordered for. BUT they need to work on their customer service! It's really terrible! It feels like they could care less about the customer's issues!
Received a watch for Christmas and it was visibly broken out of the box. Tried to return and they were rude and referred us back to the manufacturer. Not their problem they said. Had to argue with clerk to finally get store credit. This took 45 minutes. Unprofessional and poor service. Manager was of no help either.
They have lost out business.

Personally, I would never order jeans online unless you know that particular brand for sure.

I bought a Nixon Star Wars watch as an early Christmas gift for my child. We ended up finding another watch that she really liked better. The Nixon watch was never worn/used. I tried to return the watch and was told that they would not return it. All sales are final on Nixon watches! I told the girl that they did not even mention that policy when I had purchased the watch. The sales clerk then said the policy is on the back of the receipt. Well, what good dose that do me if I made the purchase and can not return it! So dissatisfied with this experience, usually stores go out of their way to make the customer happy and want to return. Well I will not be shopping Tilly's ever again and I have spent plenty of money there in the past. Zero stars from me.
I paid second day shipping only for my package to be held in Memphis as an "exception" with no delivery date. I called Tillys and the customer service child said I must have put the wrong address and it had nothing to do with them. I called FedEx and guess what... it was held because it was an empty box. I called Tillys back three times and no one would answer. I guess at this point I bought a box with expensive shipping instead of shoes.

Bought them knowing I shouldn't, because my sister bought a sweatshirt over this last winter that fell apart after the first wash and they wouldn't refund her money either. Both times we were told we shouldn't have washed the Garment. Who doesn't wash their clothing? When I washed my shoes I washed them on delicate, cold water, with a couple of towels and let them air-dry but they stained yellow all over from some ingredient in the fabric or glue.
