Seems like lots of people here are getting hit with a "hidden" (or at least hard to find) shipping fee. Then the company won't cancel the transaction. Talk to your credit card company and do a chargeback on it!
On their site, they sell watches. No where on any watch page of the watches does it say no refunds / final sale etc. So I bought a watch. I got one for christmas so I returned the second one... no need for two. Well they said they would honor my return because they agreed, it didnt say anything about no returns. After 28 days of waiting, I kept looking for money in my bank account. Finally, my wait was processed and they said they were NICE ENOUGH to send me a gift card. A gift card. What am i going to do with a gift card to over priced, terrible customer service - Tilly's.? They swore they mentioned it in the conversation. However they did not. Do not buy because 1) you can probably find cheaper elsewhere 2) your return will never go as planned. Flat out criminals. Wish i saw this site before i bought
Don't order from this site. $#*! customer service and $#*! glitchy website. A majority of your order will be out of stock and whatever's left will be shipped without your approval while they dont have 90% of it! Thanks! Didn't even tell me how much it came out to after they e-mail me that 9 of my 11 items are out of stock. Would give 0 stars if i could. Glad to see others are just as fed up, because this really is ridiculous
On the website it gives an email to contact regarding customer service, after sending an email i get an automated response back that says " we will not be replying to your email". Uhhhh that's the email you gave me what the heck. Called customer service no one answers. Emailed another email never got a reply. -3/10 would not recommend can't get my money back for something i didn't want.
I ordered a backpack off of Tillys site, expecting to get it before school. I found one I liked and ordered it, the total with shipping being around $50. I was waiting 4 days for them to ship it and then I get an email saying my item couldn't be shipped and that I wasn't charged. I was pissed. Just to make sure, I called my Visa card and the amount of money has been missing for over 2 days. I never received a refund so I will call today(Monday). All in all, I am extremely disappointed with my Tillys experience, especially since I had to scramble and find a backpack. Never buying from here ever again.
I don't live by a mall. So, I can go online to Tillys and type in what I am looking and it show up 3 to 4 different views with a full description of how and what its made of. Also if needed to return it's very simple. You can do online or take it to the store. The customer service is also pretty nice.
I placed an online order 5-28-19 and it's now 6-6-19 i still haven't received my order. When i called they said it will be to me Monday 6-10-19! That's ridiculous! I may as well ordered something from China. I will never order anything from here again!
Tried finding shorts online because they never have the size available in store. Searched and found the shorts, clicked on the size and then add to cart... your request exceeds the amount we have in stock... Why list the size if you don't have it available? Not the first issue with trying to order online from Tilly's. Maybe they should just take it down until they figure out how to work with technology.
The website is slow and clumsy. Your favorites are not saved and will all go to waste randomly. Overall bad experience and I do not recommend shopping there.
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. It took about 5 days to ship when it says it's gonna take 48 hours, and it's been 2 weeks and i still haven't received them. Also, after they told me my whole order had shipped they emailed me saying that one of the shoes had been cancelled because it "couldn't be shipped". Terrible service.
I ordered 4 items online totalling around 160.00 ontrac was suppose to deliver and never did although they claimed to, Tillys took their word for it and didn't refund me a dime. I will never order online from them again smh
I purchased about $80 dollars worth of clothes and never received the package. I placed it on 6/1 and was told it was delivered 6/2. But I wasn't even able to view the tracking so I didn't know it was delivered. When I did contact them they said I waited too long and had to file a claim. Then waited a week just to hear back from them after filing said claim. They didn't even contact me, I had to contact them. After explaining my situation they reluctantly agreed to give me store credit but I DIDN'T EVEN GET THAT EITHER! As a single mom that $80 bucks really makes a difference and I'm really disappointed. All that hassle for nothing. I should've read these reviews before placing an order. Never making that mistake again. There are other companies that do care about their customers so I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
Return process is terrible! Its been 3 weeks. All Tillys customer service can tell me is that I returned the item. Not where the item is, if its been processed, if its on its way back to me, a tracking number or when I can expect it. This was a Xmas gift. I left a month for processing and I doubt Ill get it in time. The kicker is when I addressed the lack of customer service with the rep I was chatting with he "Ended Chat". Absolutely Terrible customer service. First and last time shopping at Tillys.!
I ordered my daughters backpack from Tillys and never received it. I called costumer service and was told that they would investigate, after a couple of weeks they told me that fedex had confirmed the delivery and that they were closing my case. This is the first time that I order something on line and do not receive it. This is also the first time I write a bad review. My recommendation is NEVER to buy at Tillys!
They didn't send a $100 item and when I called to get it fixed they checked with their own warehouse to see if they sent it then said "Well we say we sent it so if you have a problem with it take it up with your card company."
I ordered a watch from Tillys. A week later, FedEx still did not show the delivery day. I chatted online with Tillys agents and was told to call them for a claim dispute, which I had no idea why. I called and was put on hold for over an hour. Finally after giving up and choosing the option to be called back, I was able to talk to an agent who told me he would file a claim with FedEx to dispute for the package, and let me know the result after 7 business days. So, now Tillys and FedEx are disputing over the missing package that is not my fault. I can do nothing but wait. Tillys refused to send me a replacement or a refund at this point. This is a terrible service and a waste of time. This is the first and also the last time I purchase anything from Tillys.
Tillys is a scam, I made sure they had my product and they charged me just so that three days later they email me saying that my item was no longer available. I called them and my bank. They deserve zero stars never shopping there again and it was my first time too... I don't recommend to shop there.
I like Tillys because they have some awesome jewelry... and lots of it! They also have a huge variety of different styles of clothes for women, men, boys, and girls. Great prices as well. I have ordered off here a couple times with no problems. I like to check out the sale items. They also have a live help section and a blog.
Placed an order on the tillys site early December to be told after I called to get status 10 days later that the order was canceled due to inventory. No correspondence was sent and the guy I spoke to was rude and he made it clear he had no concern for a gift that was not going to make Christmas. I will never ever shop at Tillys again. Too many others selling the same brands.
I purchased a pair of skate shoes at a Tillys in Cary NC, a store 3 1/2 hours from my home. When I got home that night, I saw that the security bar was still attached. I packed the shoes up and mailed them back to the address on the receipt along with the receipt. I called the store later in the day and was told that 1) there was no manager or customer service rep 2) they did not credit return purchases and 3) that they could not remove the security bar and send back. So essentially, due to their oversight in neglecting to remove the tag, I am out the shoes and the money. Awful company... avoid.

Bought them knowing I shouldn't, because my sister bought a sweatshirt over this last winter that fell apart after the first wash and they wouldn't refund her money either. Both times we were told we shouldn't have washed the Garment. Who doesn't wash their clothing? When I washed my shoes I washed them on delicate, cold water, with a couple of towels and let them air-dry but they stained yellow all over from some ingredient in the fabric or glue.
