This is the second year (yes, it's been a year) since we tried to order shorts for our annual vacation from the website. We paid extra for faster delivery but this morning my wife said when she checked our account, the money had been refunded. They never bothered to contact us and tell us our order had been cancelled. This is exactly what happened to us last year. Like I said, fool me twice, shame on me. To top it off, their call center representatives are flat-out rude.
My package arrived over 3 days earlier. Though my shorts are slightly different from the picture, they are honestly so cute. My makeup brushes are very soft and good quality too. I recommend shopping there.
They charged me twice when I only got 1 confirmation email. Also tacked on a cute little $12 shipping fee when shipping was supposed to be free.
Emailed immediately and they refused to cancel my order.
On to disputing the payment with my credit card company!
I ordered some items from Tillys last week, and the tracking number shows that they have been delivered, but I have gotten nothing. I called the customer service and they tell me that someone hours after it being delivered refunded them back to the store! Why would they refund items without checking to see if it is really me who bought these items? So disappointed and they are not even taking responsibility for it! I would have given no zeros if I could!
Please don't shop here. I purchase an item online never received my full purchase. Missing half my order contact Tillys never got a response from them. I was lucky to get my refund back thru PayPal. Also it took over two weeks to get my order.
Do NOT buy anything online because you won't get it. Ordered online and they sent an email saying the order was cancelled. Ordered again in a different size, order was cancelled without any notification whatsoever. I called to find out what was going on with my order and waited on hold for 30 minutes to find out they never planned on telling me it was cancelled. Their answer was "sorry, we can't do anything for you." Really?! You take my money and never plan on shipping the item I ordered?! HORRIBLE!
So, I bought a backpack and used a 20% off coupon. I went in the next day to exchange it for a different one and they would not reapply the coupon. The manager didn't approve it, totally lame. Never shopping here again. If I could choose zero stars I would!
Asked one employee if we could use multiple gift cards per one transaction and he said yes. The $#*!y manager then went on to tell us at the register that we couldn't. Don't waste your time there. They'll rip you off.
Order placed Nov. 25. Countless phone calls later (on hold over an hour each time), was promised 2nd day shipping... Order will not arrive until day after Christmas. Worst experience & customer service I have ever experienced. They do not even deserve one star.
Check BBB before ordering. This company stole from me. If you get an order, make sure you video yourself opening the package. They will ship partial orders, charge your for full, and refuse a refund. I'm not alone.
Ordered online from the site on 5/2/15 and paid almost $17 extra for 2 day shipping. Received one email saying it was shipped and would be received on 5/5 then received a second email saying it would arrive on 5/5/ and yet another email that it would arrive on Tuesday 5/8 - I called customer service who tried to tell me that the emails came from Fedex-WRONG- then she told me she could give me credit for $4 because it "is still being delivered ground"- Huh? I told her the item will be received in the amount of days it would have been FREE had I not chosen the 2 day fedex! But no, $4 credit was the best they could do. I will never, ever shop from their online store again! The worst is speaking to a customer service rep who sounded like she was 12 and bored with our conversation!
I ordered several clothing items and though they were all on the packing slip, the most expensive one was not in the package. I promptly emailed them, and called them twice and they will not refund my money. They want me to wait for an "investigation." What the heck? I do a lot of online shopping and no other companies operate this way! Meanwhile the gift occasion has come and gone. Will never buy from them again. Customer service girl was so rude she kept threatening to disconnect me. I now have to do a chargeback with my credit card. Stay far away!
Do not order anything online from Tilleys if your package is lost or stolen they will not issue you a refund or a store credit. I shopped there quite a bit, spending 100s of dollars per year but they would not work with me on 180 dollars worth of stuff never delivered, there response was the delivery trucks gps showed them at the location! It's BS!
Ordered boots for our active duty military daughter home on leave. Paid extra $24 to ensure delivery. Boots were delivered to wrong address. Tillys after much prompting sent new boots two days later- Christmas Eve through usps, lied about overnighting them- needless to say $250 later my daughter had nothing to open on Christmas bc of them. Have yet to receive the boots- or any refunds. Extreme lack of communication, compassion & customer service. Do not do business with this company- they are deceptive & have an extreme lack of customer service. Shame on you Tilly's! Our base has been notified & are being added to area black list of businesses to avoid for our fellow service members.
I normally really enjoys going to Tillys to get cute clothing but I went to a Tilly's store at 5 p.m. on a Tuesday, and it normally closes at 7. When I got there it was all gated up and locked, I looked inside and three teenage employees where sitting behind the register chatting. I went back to my car and called this specific Tilly's store, and one of the girls answered and said they closed early because of a shortage of employees, and their manager didn't show up to work that day. I am totally fine with a store closing up shop early, but rather than the missing employees calling ahead and saying someone needs to cover for them, they don't show up and the employees already at work decide to miss out on business, and get paid to sit around for two hours. That is really bad business and shows the integrity of Tilly's employees.
I took my sister to buy some clothes since she really likes their styles and the XL clothes were all to little--she's an M at stores like Abercrombie and Hollister but here? The shirts wouldn't even go all the way up her arms. I don't know what alien race these clothes are supposed to fit but I hate seeing her have body issues because of the stupid sizes at this store. I'd give it 0 stars if I could
Worst website ever! Bad costumer service, I had to finally call to place order since never could get site to work and took forever to get someone to answer the phone anyway the guy told me both items I wanted were in stock and then a day or two later got an email saying that one of them was out of stock I definately don't recommend ordering from this website is a complete waste of time!
This board arrived with a fat splinter/chip and a scratch on the deck that clearly has happened before being shipped... I will never order from tilly's again. First time, last time. Bummed because I was planning on going out to skate today... never thought I would get screwed like this... sending return label and won't get my refund for 2 weeks! Talk about getting shafted. Never again.
I bought a backpack. It had a strange zipper on top: square shaped instead of round, and it was hard to zip. The zipper broke within weeks. I contacted Tilly's and they said:
"Unfortunately, Tilly's does not offer a warranty for the merchandise we carry. Tillys.com accepts the return or exchange of full-priced merchandise with the original receipt and tags attached for up to 30 days after purchase. All merchandise must be returned in its original unused, unwashed packaged & resalable condition."
Ridiculous to not offer an exchange for a faulty product. Terrible customer service
Placed an order for 5 shirts, take the free shipping because it's "Fast Free Shipping"... It's the furthest thing from fast, it's got to be the slowest possible shipping! Something ships on 5/9/20 and is scheduled to be delivered on 5/22/20. Checked the tracking number and I'm pretty sure they picked the hit every state in the US option. Contacted customer service and they just copy and pasted the shipping information from their website..

Bought them knowing I shouldn't, because my sister bought a sweatshirt over this last winter that fell apart after the first wash and they wouldn't refund her money either. Both times we were told we shouldn't have washed the Garment. Who doesn't wash their clothing? When I washed my shoes I washed them on delicate, cold water, with a couple of towels and let them air-dry but they stained yellow all over from some ingredient in the fabric or glue.
