They crafted their website to look like the official ticketing service for the rodeo, which is a scholarship program where tickets sales raise money each year to provide college scholarships to local high school kids. They charged double the price and refused to refund when I found out they were not the official source of filets. $70 went to the scholarship, $90 went to ticket centers pocket. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! TOTAL SCAM!

I ordered Jimmy Buffett tickets on January 10th when they went on sale for July 16th show. The price that I was charged was almost 3 times as much as the original price. Went on their website again and the tickets were $45.00 cheaper each. When I called they told me there was nothing they could do about it since the price is based on demand. When I told them that I purchased then when they went on sale there was no demand. Asked them for a reduction in price to the current price they told me there was nothing they could about it. Asked where my tickets were they said that I would get them via email no later than July 15th, and the concert is the 16th. Nit good customer service or relations as far as I am concerned. And there website was the first one that came up when I did the search. Their fees are outrageously over priced for electronic ticket transfer. I expressed my concern that I have no guarantee that I have tickets and I was told that they have a 100% guarantee. That didn't leave me with a warm and fuzzy feeling. NEVER AGAIN will I use them. What a way to rip people off and scam them. I am going to reach out to Discover to see if they can do anything for since I paid for a product and don't have it.

Once you purchase tickets through this company there is no way to get a refund or exchange. While they say they understand, they recommend that you got hough the hassle of reselling the tickets on your own. HORRIBLE!

The Carson Wentz Charity Softball Game gets $15 and Tickets-Center gets $36 of the $51 charged by them. I was more than willing to pay $51 each for 2 tickets to the charity event, but then I found out that the Carson Wentz's Charity ONLY gets $15 and the rip-off company Tickets-Center gets $36. The charity is ripped off by these thieves. I thought that I was on the Charity's web site. The order number from them was ******* for a total charge of $131.50.

Even Ticketmaster isn't ideal but the price on these tickets was absolutely ridiculous, 3x the price, no returns, and for an event which won't allow fan to fan resale! So I can't even resell the tickets! The people at this company should be ashamed

Should be illegal
January 10, 2020

I hate what these resellers do. They buy up concert tickets in bulk at the going price. Then they resell then at a mark up of 300% to 400%. If you go to a venue's web site a find a show you want to see and click on "find tickets" if you don't pay attention you could end up on their web site instead of the primary ticket seller's web site. When you find out you've been conned they will not refund you.

Fraud and misleading
January 2, 2020

1. Tickets arrived 5 days past the event.
2. tickets did not have my name on them.
3. upcharge on the tickets over the Florida statue 817,39 that state tickets may not be resold for more than $1 over the original admission price. I paid over $100 for a $50 ticket and was not told how much the original ticket was worth. No seat numbers where on the ticket receipt.
4. internet discussion assured me tickets will be at box office since they did not arrive - NOT TRUe.
5. Event site told me this is was a third party scammer.

Total Ripoff
December 20, 2019

They charge you more than double. Very very misleading. Hidden fees in wicked fine print. Will not refund tickets within minutes of purchasing them and don't bother with the insurance because that's a scam too. I learned the hard and now I'm hoping the tickets I think I purchased come through. Won't even send you the tickets until 3 days before the event so you can't resell them because you know you made a horrible choice and are now stuck. Stick with Ticketmaster and stubhub. Stay far away from ticket-center.

I wish I read these reviews before my purchase. My tickets have $22 printed on them I paid $98 per ticket. No refund. Customer service is horrible. Lots of fine print. NEVER. EVER. EVER. Will I use this company again! And I'll be sure to share my thoughts all over social media!

Outrageous
December 12, 2019

Terrible. I was completely misled. Warning everyone who reads this not to purchase tickets through this system. Bought three tickets to a ballet at the Kennedy Center in Washington DC for a "nice" family outing. Turns out after downloading the tickets and seeing their face value, the price was more than 200% the true cost, so I feel so cheated. It was also not clear this was a resale platform, the "fine print" about no refund conditions is very easy to miss, and the phone system is specifically designed to make it nearly impossible to speak with a representative. I am so unbelievably upset and don't want others to fall for what I did. Do not use!

Deceptive practice

Paid $400 for two $47 dollar tickets. The service fee was twice the price of the tickets. They offer no recourse. Hide behind unilateral terms and conditions. Buyer beware. Don't use

Sent an email disguised as an email from an event center telling of a pre sale. The email was not from the venue but these guys who are a reseller. Paid 3 times over face value and the seats were not that good. Plenty of seat available at the box office. Said they will not refund and fight charges, said I should just sell them if I was not happy. Filed a complaint with the FTC and will fight charges.

On 12/06/2019, I googled ticket masters and clicked on what I thought was a online direct seller. I didn't notice the fine print about them being resellers until too late. It was small font and placed at top edge of the screen. See attached picture. I didn't know that I was buying from a reseller until I received an email confirmation stating that the seller will make my tickets available by 9/01/2020. What! That's like 9 months from now. The venue is on 9/11/2020. I called to cancel my order right away but they refused saying that they have NO REFUND POLICY and that I can resell my tickets to someone else if I didn't want them. How can I resell them if I don't even have the tickets yet? THEY ARE CROOKS! I googled and I could have bought tickets when they go on presale a few days from now, on 12/9/2019 since I have citibank credit card, I get presale access.

I purchased tickets that were $30 face and they charged me 274 for 3 tickets without showing it prior to charging, I called them and got a 30 minute runaround. This was in the beginning of November. The show was this past weekend, i got an email a few days prior which was weeks later, saying i was sent tickets, which never happened. We spent the hour of our pre-show dinner on the phone. First told us they were sent but refused any proof, then claimed our firewall must have preveted receipt. Claimed they would resend to a new address but refused to stay on until received, they hung up on us, call 3 they claimed they were escalating and never returned to line. Call 4 now 40 minutes later, they claimed they resent from seller and we declined, total fabrication and we had given them a new email upon their own request. It never happened. They hung up on us. Call 5 they had nerve to say how dare you be calling so close to show time,(now moments before dinner ruined and totally stressed) ruder as the process went on. Final call i had bought new tix in the lobby at this point. They now claimed they were not responsible for a thing and were disgusting in their treatment of us. I've been seeing live music for a lifetime I've been using resellers for clients for 30 years. They are not legitimate never sent a thing, but promises. They took out money, sold us air and were disgraceful to deal with. We have taken action.
