ive been trying to get a hold of them for over a month in regards to undelivered tickets. It been impossible to get a hold of them.

You have to call or chat. They aren't very good at communicating and won't if you don't try to get in contact with them.

They will not refund your money. They are scam artists who mimic real ticket sites and venue box offices and take advantage of consumers. They are dishonest and horrible and should not be operating.
