This site has pop up windows when you are buying tickets from an official venue's website that look identical to the venue's box office so that when you purchase tickets, you don't know that it isn't directly from the venue. Their customer service is awful; they refuse to cancel the order even a few hours later when I realized they robbed me. I also ordered 12 tickets, but when I submitted the credit card info, the receipt claims I only ordered 4 tickets. THEY ARE LIARS and should not be in business. HORRIBLE COMPANY - AVOID!
Tip for consumers:
The tip is to stay away and don't ever purchase anything from these intentional tricksters. They should not be in business.
Products used:
None. They took my money but won't give me the product until December and are claiming I ordered 1/3 of the number of tickets I ordered.
