We bought tickets through the AXS app and unfortunately they went through this $#*!ty 3rd party tickets-center service. For many weeks my tickets didn't show up. I called multiple times to finally get someone who could help my get my tickets. Secondly, the original date for the concert was postponed due to weather. It was postponed to a date that we could not make it due to a death in the family. Even though I received an email stating I could get a refund, when I called customer service they refused to provide a refund and said I should go to Google to sell my tickets. Horrible customer service... avoid at all costs.
Event was Dead & Co. Concert at The Sphere in Las Vegas where the venue is very much an integral part of the experience … it's an IMAX theater on steroids. I was NOT informed that my seats had obstructed views. We could only see the BOTTOM 20% of the screen! I won't even go into how angry I am about that. NO EXCUSE for not informing.
I bought 2 tickets to the deftones in Columbu Ohio using tickets-center. Com. I didn't receive any update from them until I called the day before the show asking about my ticket transfer. They said the seller already sold them to someone else and offered different seats. I took the different seats and then those were also sold out from underneath me. I had to call back the day of the show to try and get new tickets. I don't know how you can sell tickets out from someone who bought them months ago. This company is terrible and I hope they go out of business.
I bought 2 tickets to Journey concert for March 14,2025, through Ticket-center www.ticket-center. Com *******959, Order# *******, Section: 131 Row: AA Now I cannot get ahold of this ticket- center they will not answer their phones and just send an autoreply to emails. I paid $442.52 for the tickets and at 82 years old retired teacher I don't have money to waist my husband and I basically go to the Houston Livestock and Rodeo each year as our vacation. It's sad in America deadbeat company's like Ticket-Center. Com are able to operate. Shame on you for not being a stand-up company and do what is right SHAME ON YOU
Tickets-Center.com is awful! After purchasing Harlem Globetrotters tickets for a Feb. 16th game at the Intuit Dome in LA, I had to call four separate times to followup/chase them for the tickets, which were promised to be delivered by the 14th but then didn't come until (Finally!...after all my chasing), late on the 15th, the night before a 1 pm game the next day. Also, the tickets were delivered to my Ticketmaster account rather than to the AXS account where they had promised to send the tickets. Customer service was useless and only tried to deflect blame away from their terrible customer service performance. Don't ever use Tickets-Center.com!
I purchased a good ticket. Two days before, I received the ticket, except it wasn't the one I bought. They said "sorry" and offered $25 for the "inconvenience" or a refund. I took the refund because the other offer was insulting. It is 9 weeks later, and I still don't have the refund. And I followed THEIR instructions. And every time I call, I get different information. They claim they can't issue a refund if there is a dispute, but meanwhile, they got their money. Per their instructions, I removed the dispute (and was recharged on my CC) but still no refund because they say it's in dispute. BEWARE of doing business. If you do, make sure you get the EXACT right tickets. ANd don't handle via PayPal because it all becomes a nightmare.
In fact, they won't even help you GET the tickets so CAN sell them yourself, which is what you have to do. No help whatsoever.
Trying to download tickets is a nightmare. Unless you had a degree from MIT, good luck being an elder person! Going to try and call tomorrow maybe talking to a real person will help
Several phone calls with service. They pick up calls but can never get the link fixed to actually get me tickets. They asked me to try on mobile web, app and desktop. I tried incognito and clearing cookies but nothing worked. I still do not have my 4 tickets. So this is a reseller company. I ordered by mistake thinking it was Ticketmaster. Whoever resold the tickets to Ticket center had them in Ticketmaster. However, the link does not work and they keep saying they will send a new one but they need the reseller to do it. Very confusing. Awful and I think I lost $500. The email for my order came from Ticket center but to transfer my tickets to my phne to gain entry I needed to click on a link which was a ticketmaster link and this is broken. Ticker master profile says I have no tickets. So just waiting. Awful company.
BEWARE when you check out your purchase of tickets, Ticket-Center website took over your original website, it is a Scam. When you contact them, AI responded with wired names and no last name, all SCAM!
If zero stars were an option, I'd have marked this business as such. Straight up price gauging. Looks like an arm of the venue. I ended up paying 4x the ticket price available at the venue. They claim to be a "marketplace" for buyers and sellers reflecting supply and demand. They actually are in the business of deceiving buyers. Outrageous.
They company presented itself as the buying vehicle for Quinnipiac University, claimed there were few tickets left, and then charged five times what QU was actually charging for what turned out to be an abundance of seats still available for the men's basketball game against Rider U. Tried to cancel my order immediatley, but they refused to cancel it.
Do yourself a favor and avoid these scammers. Misleading, confusing duplicitious website, you buy tickets before you realize what happened, confusing terms.they sell tickets that don't exist.
ZERO STARS -- DO NOT USE THEM -- BUY FROM ANYONE ELSE.
On 12/23/2024 I spent $415 ($370 for tickets & a $45 parking pass) for tickets to the play "& Juliet" for the performance on 2/8/2025. TicketsCenter delivered the parking pass, but did not deliver the tickets. (I was told that the tickets were coming from a reseller on Ticket Master.) I spent hours in two different chat sessions with their support staff, but they were unable to deliver the tickets in time for the show. During both chat sessions I requested that they send me a transcript of the chat conversation, but was told that they did not have that ability (WHY?) I was also told that at the end of the chat session that I would see a button that would enable me to download the chat transcript. Both times the screen went gray upon the chat ending and the stated download button was not provided. (This seems like it is intentionally designed to prevent customers from keeping evidence from their chat communications with support personnel.)
In the chat sessions I was told that it would take a few days for them to investigate... I waited 5 days, and then called the 1-800 number listed on their website, spent 39 minutes on a call and was denied a refund. During the call I was told that someone had called me on the third day, 2/11/2025, and left a message. (NOT TRUE. No such call log or message showed in my phone.) I asked to speak to a supervisor, but was told that their phone system is incapable of transferring calls to supervisors, and also that their internal policy prohibits such transfers. They have apparently set up a system in which the front line call taker has no authority to provide a refund, and no ability to transfer you to a higher authority within their company. (This seems like a designed firewall to block complaints and refund requests.)
*** VERY RISKY SITE ***
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY WILL NOT MAKE LEGITIMATE REFUNDS. IT SEEMS THAT DISHONESTY IS BUILT INTO THEIR SYSTEM.
BEWARE – SCAM ALERT!
If I could give zero stars, I would. This was, without a doubt, the worst ticket-buying experience I've ever had. Ticket-Center charges outrageous markups—up to 200% more than other platforms—but what's even worse is their deceptive ticket delivery process.
I purchased tickets for an NFL playoff game and later needed to change my seats. Their customer service was a nightmare, feeding me misleading and bogus information at every turn. In the end, I had to repurchase better seats, resulting in a $2,500 loss.
To make matters worse, the tickets I bought directly from Ticketmaster arrived within 15 minutes, while the ones from **Ticket-Center didn't show up until the day before the game—**a full two weeks after my purchase! Their excuse? Some nonsense about being a "third-party reseller" that prevents them from releasing tickets until 48 hours before the event.
This company is a ripoff, and their shady practices make it nearly impossible to resell your tickets if your plans change. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Save yourself the frustration and go with a reputable source instead.
🚨 TOTAL SCAM – NEVER AGAIN! 🚨BEWARE
I was trying to get tickets for a local concert at the Radio Room and they were charging me $59/ticket and saying there was seating together but Radio Room doesn't really have much seating, it's not that kind of venue. So I went to the Radio Room tickets directly and the real cost of the tickets were $15/ticket. Ticket-center.com was going to charge me three times the cost and pocket the difference. I would never buy tickets from these guys after this experience.
I ordered 4 tickets to an FDU-Central Connecticut basketball game on Jan. 18 for $29 a ticket, plus a $6 service charge per ticket. When I received the email tickets, they were $10 each. A reseller is supposed to offer the tickets for less not more. I am going to report you to the Dept. of Consumer Affairs unless you offer me a refund or a discount.
It would be helpful if the graphic of seating assignments was clearly. I had a difficult time making the seating assignment options. I like to sit in the balcony...the center section about two or three rows from the railing. I could not tell how far away the seats were that I ended up purchasing. I wanted two seats in the balcony in the center section about two or three rows from the balcony railing. It seemed like I ended up buying two tickets in the 'peanut gallery'?
I ordered tickets weeks ago for the Dec. 1st Nutcracker performance and have not received them. I paid hundreds of dollars, my son is performing and as of now I can't go. Terrible service, will never use them again.
The tickets are $25 each but I paid $79 per ticket because this is not a ticket website. It is a place for people to resale tickets for 3 times the ticket price. I am embarrassed that I fell for this.
Answer: They will not refund your money. They are scam artists who mimic real ticket sites and venue box offices and take advantage of consumers. They are dishonest and horrible and should not be operating.
Answer: You have to call or chat. They aren't very good at communicating and won't if you don't try to get in contact with them.
Answer: I was unfortunate enough to innocently purchase 2 tickets to a Broadway show through Ticket Center. I assumed I was purchasing tickets from the theatre not through this third party website. I asked for a refund and they said NO so I contacted my bank, the better business bureau, and getting a lawyer. This company needs to be shut down!
Answer: It is a problem they buy the cheapest seat they can find and when they send you the seat there isn't enough time to get it resolved or a refund. GET A REFUND if you can and go to Ticket Master or another real honest site. I paid 385.00 for a great seat yes one seat and deceived a 65.00 garbage seat in the back.
