I was scammed and defrauded by TicketsCenter.com for $633,69! We went online to purchase tickets to Ringo Starr and His All Star Band at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville for September 24th. In July of this year, we had gone through what we thought was The Ryman Ticket offices site, but somehow we were redirected to TicketsCenter.com, SO we assumed they were the official seller of Ryman event tickets. We purchased 2 tickets on the main floor of the Ryman, with taxes and fees the total came to $633.69. After completing the transaction (our credit card was charged), we were required to download the AXS app to access our tickets. When we checked the following day to make sure our E-tickets were available in the app, they wrere not. I called TicketsCenter's 800 number to inquire about them. I was only told THEN that "the Seller hasn't released the tickets yet to you and they have chosen to release them on September 23rd." I informed this person that we had to drive 300 miles to the event the day before and I needed my tickets NOW, as I didn't want to get to Nashville the day before the show to then find I had NO TICKETS or an issue getting them right before the show. I was told then that I "have no option as the seller (not TicketsCenter!) did not release them until the 23rd! Cut to September 22nd. We travel to Nashville and check into our hotel. The morning of the 23rd, we check the app and find that FINALLY our tickets appear in it for use, HOWEVER only then do we see the actual seat numbers (Section 5, Row U, Seats 1 and 2) along with the notification that these seats were "Obstructed View" I tried calling the Ryman, AXS, to no avail. They said since I had purhased them from a third party there was nothing they could do! TicketsCenter totally defrauded us by scalping and overcharging for our tickets, and not revealing prior to purchase that they were selling us "OBSTRUCTED VIEW" seats! Paid 3X actual value of the tickets. In 45 years I have never been scammed. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.Report them to your state, Better Business Bureau.

10 minutes after i bought my tickets i received an email that my order was cancelled but i didnt receive my money back, SCAM PAGE, DO.NOT BUY.

Don't buy tickets from Tickets-Center. They are deceptive scalpers with fraudulent intent. See my response to BBB where I am fighting to get a refund.

Dear Better Business Bureau,

When I was looking for Cirque du Soleil tickets, I went to the official Cirque du Solei website. I did not choose or have ever heard of ticket-center. I was directed or linked directly to a website displaying date and time options for the tickets I purchased. The presentation was NOT a scalper sounding website. Little did I know the name was deceptive. I did not know nor clearly see stated anywhere that I was purchasing tickets from someone or that these were secondhand tickets.

The idea that "we are scalping secondhand tickets" was buried somewhere in fine print is fraud and deception. Starting with the website name, I would flag this business as deceptive misinformation with fraudulent intent. They are called Tickets Center, not tickets marketplace or secondhand ticket's or buy and sell tickets or ScalpersRus. Their name is deceptive. I had no idea I was buying from scalpers. I do not buy from scalpers in real-life nor would I have bought it online. Had I known, I would have made the educated decision to purchase elsewhere.

I demand a refund. If I could suggest a rebranding for the business, it would be: Scalpers Market for Tickets. When I called minutes after my purchase, to my shock and amazement they basically suggested I become a scalper myself! As I reflect on this disastrous experience their fraudulent intent is cemented with the simple fact that they suggested I scalp the tickets they just scalped me but did not offer their services as clear scalpers to scalp my newly acquired tickets. Did I mention we are dealing not just with scalpers, but with scalpers exhibiting clear fraudulent intent?
