They will not refund your money. They are scam artists who mimic real ticket sites and venue box offices and take advantage of consumers. They are dishonest and horrible and should not be operating.

I payed via Paypal and filed a claim. They got me my money back.

Through and through... the Tickets-center only has good reviews on www.shopperapproved.com a site that only allows the company to make reivews (lol). I am taking it to state attorney off and BBB
The tickets-center has been riding on the name similarity with the good company ticket center/tickets online.

You do not receive refunds from this vendor. Never. Ever.

I have tried three times to get a refund for a concert that was cancelled and nothing, so today i disputed the charge with AMEX. I hope they get my money back.

Call your credit card company and dispute the charge if you didn't receive the tickets.

You Don't unless you have ticket insurance, and only then if it's for one of their approved reasons. Ripoff!

Chris M, when you filed your dispute, what did you say? I want to know what terminology to use

Chris M. How did you get your money back from PayPal? I opened a dispute but am waiting to hear the resolution outcome. I wasn't sure if there was something I should make sure to put in my claim. Thanks in advance for any advice.
