I'm nervous about not getting the tickets well ahead of the event.  Is that going to be a problem?

It is a problem they buy the cheapest seat they can find and when they send you the seat there isn't enough time to get it resolved or a refund. GET A REFUND if you can and go to Ticket Master or another real honest site. I paid 385.00 for a great seat yes one seat and deceived a 65.00 garbage seat in the back.

They actually ended up upgrading my seat free of charge and after comparing pricing on ticket master, I paid about the same as I would've if I ordered somewhere else
