I went to buy 4 tickets. The price per ticket was $67 something. I figured out $70 x 4 about $280. I also added tax and I was expecting to pay abotu $284.
Well at the moment of paying there was "Service charges" for more than $14 per ticket plus $7 something for "electronic charges PER TICKET! My cost came up to $372 dollars. I decided not to go. Have these costs been shown since the beginning, I had not been so surprised and have bought my tickets.

DISHONEST

They up charge your tickets. Other sites were $80 less. We called before the tickets were confirmed and they wouldn't do anything to help. They are CROOKS.

The website made me believe I was buying my tickets directly with the venue. I was overcharged over $100.00 for 6 tickets I could very well have gotten directly with the venue and had a better seat selection. Spoke with customer service before this review and they will not refund my tickets even though I called within 3 min of purchase. Watch your websites or you will be ripped off. Also you must have a smart phone in order to get your tickets. I am older and don't use cell phones. They will not help me and I spent $800.00!

Unreliable but legit
November 10, 2019

I ordered from this site not knowing much about it until after the fact, when I read all kinds of mixed reviews that either said people had no issues at all or never got their tickets and no refund. I did not get my tickets until the day before my event and it took a lot of calling on my part to push them to get me the tickets. It was also hard to talk to an actual person after going through circles of automated recordings. I'm convinced that if I wouldn't have called I would not have gone to my event. I will not be using this site again because it caused me a great deal of stress. However I did finally get my tickets and they were legit.

Bordering on fraud
November 7, 2019

Theatre listed tickets at $37.50. Tickets-Centre as an on-line reseller billed my VISA over $240 for 2. No refund. No conscience.

Rip off
November 6, 2019

I was just looking at tickets. Considering buying. Next thing I know, I'm getting e mail that I have tickets. Contacted them right away and they said nothing they could do. And their tickets were more than double the price of the venue. Never again

I paid $168 for a seat that costs $61 on the opera website! Their website appears first on google search and I did not realize this was not the real opera website when purchasing the ticket by mistake. They did not want refund or help at all when I contacted them.

This is a fraud! Never buy anything here! This company may seem legitimate but it is corrupt! We ordered 5 tickets for "Disney on Ice" on DCU center in Worcester-MA (almost $300). They never sent me the tickets by email. They dont have any phone number to contact, no email. Only a live-chat with professional scammers that kept lying they had sent the tickets and coulnt do anything. They claim they have no return policy! Dont know how they are still allowed to have a home page! Professional cons! Never trust them and pass this on...

Total ripoff
October 25, 2019

Charged more than double face value the ticket for literally the highest, further back seat in the theater for Les Mis. Had no idea I wasn't buying direct from theater when I purchased. Once I downloaded the ticket, I saw theater price of only $50 printed on the ticket that cost me $105 on tickets-center. Total fraud.

You're a scam.

Your website looks legitimate, but you over charge for tickets to events by as much as 300% or more. I have requested my money back, and all I have been given is a load of crap. I have turned you into the Nevada BBB and am looking into a class action law suit against your company. Trisha Yearwood tickets directly from Ticketmaster are $300 less per ticket than what charged me for the same seats. My Name is Lenora Darrah I puchased tickets to the Trisha Yearwood concert on 10/25 in St Louis at the Stifel Theatre.

Purchased "VIP" tickets for Scribble Showdown; paid >$100 and received...$50 General Admission tickets 5 days before performance via email. Different name on the ticket (hello, "Menachem Reichenberg), different ticket agency (ticketfly), no VIP... overcharged by $100 (oh, they added a "fee" of like $50). Misrepresented what they can offer and no way to contact a LIVE person, despite numerous phone calls. They model their website to mimic the authentic site, so caveat emptor.

I was on the House of Blues website and I have no idea how I ended up on the website of this sleazy "merchant." I was charge 3x the face value of the tickets though Live Nation prohibits resale of their tickets above face value.
BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING TICKETS TO EVENTS-DO NOT TRUST GOOGLE OR OTHER SEARCH ENGINES TO GET YOU TO A LEGITIMATE SELLER. NL

This site has pop up windows when you are buying tickets from an official venue's website that look identical to the venue's box office so that when you purchase tickets, you don't know that it isn't directly from the venue. Their customer service is awful; they refuse to cancel the order even a few hours later when I realized they robbed me. I also ordered 12 tickets, but when I submitted the credit card info, the receipt claims I only ordered 4 tickets. THEY ARE LIARS and should not be in business. HORRIBLE COMPANY - AVOID!

I purchased 2 tickets to justin Moore spent 397$ for 2 tickets in section 102. The floor seats with a cup pass are 181 each. But the price for section 102 is $46 a ticket. I could have bought 8 tickets to section 102 for the price I paid for 2 or I could have actually met Justin Moore for the price I paid. COMPLETE RIP OFF. No returns or exchanges. Horrible customers service. Complete waste of my time and money. Never using this site again.

I saw my friend was interested in an event on FaceBook so I clicked it and ordered 2 tickets, one for her birthday. Problem #1: I paid $140.00 for 2 tickets that were being sold at legit ticket places for $31 ea. Fees are ridiculous. This is a 2nd party vendor. Problem #2: When the tickets were emailed to me they wouldn't print. They later had to email them as an attachment. They FINALLY printed. Problem #3: You can't read them after they are printed. The ONLY thing that shows up is the barcode. Now I am left to question whether I will even gain entry to the venue. I called for a refund and was told no and they started offering me random credits. I said no I will go through PayPal which has denied my case that was reopened. My bank won't do a charge back so I am basically screwed! Left holding a losing hand. I will get back on here after the concert to let everyone know if I was able to attend. Horrible experience. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. DON'T DO IT!

Paid $267 for two $40 tickets. The event required foreign travel and lodging. Ticket-Center was completely unresponsive to 3 e-mails and multiple phone calls (they have a 800 number that they never answer). I disputed the credit card charge. Less than 24 hours before the event, e-mailed tickets arrived. I did not use them. While ticket-center made no effort to respond to me before the event, they are sparing no expense to dispute the credit card denial. Save yourself some aggravation. This company is likely a bunch of high school dropouts operating out of their mother's basement. Stick with the professional ticket vendors.

Disingenuous people!
"I purchased a ticket which unfortunately was managed by this company. I couldn't make it to the show, so that I called and emailed way ahead of time to let them know my situation, and requested a refund. Of course they denied my request. Ever time, I had an interaction with them, they treated me like a piece if garbage, keep giving me the most ridiculous reason, why they can't refund my money. Their services was an insult to my intelligence and a waist of my money. These are most horrible, disingenuous and incompetent people and whoever owns the company should be hold accountable for for their incompetency. Please take this as your warning. Don't Not do business with them!"

I paid a total of $288.95 for two tickets which included A $24 fee for each ticket and a $7 fee for sending e-tickets. My wife as a surprise had bought better tickets on Global Arts Live for $58 each for a total of $116, no extra fees.
Shame on me for jumping on the first tickets I came across and paying those prices and fees.
Be that as it may when I realized she had bought tickets I tried to refund them. With over 2 weeks to go before the concert I thought this wouldn't be a problem but Tickets-Center has a firm non refundable policy and advised me to try to resell my own tickets.
Maybe I have no recourse, maybe I do but knowing there are sellers out there like Global Arts Live selling tickets at reasonably prices, I don't have the heart to sell these at the same rip off prices TC sells them for and will take a loss and sell them for the same fair price GAL gave me.
Instead of making a profit I want to make a statement to warn others and encourage a little revolution against these greedy middlemen and ticket resellers (individuals included) and say, don't use them and don't fall into the same greed inspired trap to profit on the arts and thereby make them less and less accessible to people may love an artist but can't afford to ever see them live.
Personally I can afford this loss but not everyone can.
I also plan to donate what I can to sellers like GAL and really look forward to the day when more people get wise to sellers like TC and stop encouraging them by using thier services.
