Their tickets are inflated to begin with, but that's not the worst of it. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, an event I have tickets for was postponed. The performer and the venue both indicated that when the show is rescheduled, if a ticket-holder can't make the new date, a refund will be issued. I called Tickets-Center and asked them if they would similarly offer a refund if I can't attend on the new date, and they said no -- they'll honor the tickets on the new date, but if I can't make it, they will not issue a refund. After I tried to reason with them, they cited their policy on not offering refunds, and its designed to stick it to the consumer. STAY AWAY!

What a crappy site. First, they charge the most for the worst tickets. But I was going to be in the area the scheduled date for a James Taylor outdoor concert at a venue that is only open 2-3 months/year. Won't give a refund. Chat room staff -- the robots -- are totally people-unfriendly.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. ANY OTHER ONE WILL BE BETTER.

Was advised 6 weeks ago that the event was cancelled and a refund was in process and to allow 2-4 weeks for reimbursement. Not true. Followed up 3/14/20 and was told refund was processed and payment would be in 3-5 days. Not true. Followed up 4/7/2020 and was told event was cancelled and to allow 2-4 weeks for refund. Not true. After 4 weeks refund was still not processed. Followed up 4/15/2020 and was told the refund was being worked on and to monitor my email. Not true. After a week, no email and no refund. Followed up 4/21/2020 and was told that there is a conrona virus in this country, that the firm is only a third party provider of tickets and the refund is not processed. All true... but still not answering why they expect payment in advance for an event but when it is cancelled, they can keep the money for an unacceptable amount of time without processing a refund promptly. The corona virus does not prevent an electronic refund transaction from being processed. Even the most inefficient organization in the world, the US government, managed to get a stimulus bill passed in congress and payments out to 84 million people faster than this. Avoid this firm unless you can afford to lose your money.

I was sold over priced tickets to start this off but the issue i have comes in with the pandemic that is going on in this country actually the world right now i requested they return my money because i do not feel safe attending any events now or anytime in the future coming up and i di not want to subject my wife to such either as she already has medical issues however the company could care less i kept repeatedly getting the same scripted response about no refunds unless a show is cancelled the show is postponed until who knows when but even with that whats going on right now is not a normal situation and they should understand and honor when someone says they would like their money back and to not put their health at risk but they dont not once have they even sent out any communication about the current corona situation but instead keeps sending advertisements for events that most wont even happen at the planned time they do this again to get money out of people and hold it hostage, i filed a bbb complaint and they still sent the same scripted response and basically again said they dont care in so many words i would recommend anyone buying tickets to look else where with a company that would at least care someone about peoples health and different circumstances but this is not the place at all this was my first and last time ever dealing with this careless company.

Cancellation policy
April 10, 2020

As everyone knows our country is experiencing some very difficult times. My wife and I had to cancel our vacation due to this crisis which meant having to cancel everything else including a Baseball game with tickets purchased through Ticket-Centers. So to the point, They claim to be a broker selling tickets for others and cannot refund. BUYER BEWARE! Do NOT use this organization to purchase tickets!
They do NOT care about you situation only thiers.

What a scam!
March 28, 2020

I purchased tickets and they cant tell me where in the venue the seats are "somewhere between the front and back row". I paid 3x face falue for these tickets to assure a good seat. In addition, regardless of social, personal or health circumstances, refunds are not allowed. Once they have your money, you will never get a refund.

Tickets on ticket center are sold at inflated prices. The representatives spew out the same scripted speech no matter who you talk to. If they promise you anything they don't follow through with it. I was promised a partial refund for good customer relations and have spoke to them three times and still not gotten it.

The event I was interested in is now postponed due to the coronavirus which I considered an extenuating circumstance, and they won't been there no refund unless cancellation policy one little bit.

Do not buy from these people. They are a bunch of crooks.

This is a scam! Run!
February 28, 2020

Wouldn't let me cancel my order 5 minutes after it went through, and won't deliver the tickets until 2 days before the event, so I can't resell them. Nightmare!

Welp I was way to excited about tickets for a concert being available early... 52.00 for downloadable tickets... COME ON! Also the ticket price! What an over charge! I mistakenly thought this site was ticketmaster, you know a reputable site. I could throw up! I wish I could get my money back!

Big Time Scalpers
February 27, 2020

I purchased 4 tickets through Tickets-Center.com at $107.00 each. My total should have been $428.00 plus tax. This company charged $706.00 on my credit card. I got in touch with the event center to find out that the tickets are only $20.00 each. This should be against the law. This company is scalping people. BEWARE!

Terrible communication
February 13, 2020

I was concerned about the tickets that i purchased and just wanted more information about how to acquire the tickets. After calling and only getting responses from machines we got re arraigned to an online chat where the customer service representative would not help me with any information concerning the authenticity of my ticket or allowing me to contact the seller for confirmation. I will absolutely never use this site again.

Got ripped off
February 13, 2020

Purchased tickets... checked my email over next couple of days for electronic download email. Contacted customer service, was told that it would take time since show was a couple months away. Checked status of my tickets, advised that tickets were sent to me. No email received. Contacted customer service to see if they could be reissued. Advised that they could not, as they had already been accepted. Back and forth with customer service. Just a rip off...

RIP OFF!
February 12, 2020

Got a link that appeared to be the PreSale link from the band, which I was waiting for. Went online and bought 6 tickets, only to find out that I could have bought better tickets with the legitimate link for HALF the price. Requested reversal of charge within an hour and Tickets-Center.com will NOT help.

Not Savvy
February 9, 2020

Very pleased with my agent who was very patient with a 74 year old computer challenged lady. He walked me through exactly where I needed to be and my tickets were put in my wallet. Who knew there was a wallet on my phone.

Never ever again.
January 31, 2020

Its 1/31/2020 and TODAY, I received the tickets I purchased for a concert 12/27/19. Seriously. I am glad I contested the charges on my credit card and won back in December. Was able to go to the concert after buying tickets for A LOT LESS and the same level / same rows. Never would I use this site again. Their customer service phone number is a joke. Try and get a real person.
