ThredUp is a great resell site. Their prices are good/fair, I love selling them my old clothes, and the shipping speed is pretty quick. I have not had a problem with this company yet, and I've been shopping with them for over two years now.
So I got the huge bag to resell my clothes - and just getting organized made me feel good. Knowing that I may get some cash, made me feel better. Knowing that thredUP will donate any unused/unsold clothing - made me feel the BEST! Thanks to a progressive, innovative - great organization!
My sweater came in the time frame indicated and very nicely packaged. The sweater was in excellent condition and I would definitely shop here again.
I got my package fairly quick. But the actual delivery wasnt the best part, inside was :) brand new clothes with tags for only a few bucks! I'm so happy with my "new" clothes for my baby boy. I find it crazy how people buy designer baby clothes only for them to grow out of it within a month! But this site gives you the designer clothes without the designer price tag!
I absolutely love this site and have gotten to where I buy most of my clothes (and my child's clothes) from it. You can't beat the deals, and the quality of the clothing is consistently good. I have strongly recommended this site to many people and will continue to do so.

Thred-up is okay. The biggest complaints are the amount one receives per garment is very low but it beats selling at a garage sale (where I think you could make more) Also, having to wait two weeks to receive you your money is a bummer. Also, if an item doesn't sell on consignment, and you have not reclaimed it, they list it on their site to sell, but you don't receive any compensation at all.
I'm a busy working mom and don't have much time to get out and shop. That said my work wardrobe has taken quite a dip and I need some items to get me back going. Love the ease of purchase, the quality has been fantastic, and the price is hard to beat. Good selection for my size and the filters/ sorting are helpful. Not to mention being able to try on and return items. Keep it up!
I have only had pleasant experiences with Thredup. I have been a customer for some time now and order for myself as well as my daughter. If there's been an issue or I needed something answered, it's been resolved in a timely manner.
Feel as if I'm doing a small part to help the planet with re-using items and at the same time having fun doing so.
My kids' school is benefiting as well.
I must admit I had my doubts about a second hand website. I couldn't be more pleased! The clothes were exceptionally clean and returns were easy. (only returned because of fit). I am now waiting for a order of jeans for my daughters. Hoping for the same great results! Thanks for a great website!

Overall, I love ThredUp. It does take a while for your bag to be processed. And I don't really understand why I have to wait to cash out. But, it's an easy way to make a few bucks on clothes I don't want.
All items were in like or excellent condition. Will shop from ThredUp again for sure.

The site is set up well, and I love the concept of having a place to buy gently used items. I feel like the imperfections in the products should be described in more detail and/or there should be close-up shots of the flaws so the purchasers can make informed decisions. Returns are easy enough, but I would rather know upfront.
I also returned a pair of shoes that, from experience, looked like they were originally purchased from TJ Maxx or Marshalls. There was a silver $30 marked on the sole. I purchased them for more than $30 and didn't discover the silver 30 until the shoes arrived. I was incredibly disappointed to have paid more than the original purchaser of the shoes and think that ThredUp should do a better job in pricing their items.
Although the bag process time took longer than anyone would like, it is understandable based on how many bags they probably get. Plus they paid for shipping so I can't complain! I was given a reasonable amount for my clothes and am excited to use my credits in the shop!
I bought items for three different people in my household. Everything fit and was in great condition.
I love thredup because it's cheap, fun to browse, and I can return clothes at no charge!
