Bag Borrow or Steal

Bought a purse on Nov 6th. 12 days letter when I called BBOS to inquire on my order a customer rep emailed me tht the ordered was cancelled due to BBOS being unable to authenticate it. No one called or emailed me to notify me of the cancellation. On Dec 5th bought another purse (same kind). Few days after the purchase I emailed BBOS and asked "would they honor the price of the previous purse that they cancelled because it was much cheaper and the order was cancelled and it wasn't my fault". Manager stated no and said he was going to also cancel this order and send me back my refund. Checked tracking (purse was due to arrive tomorrow) and order was requested back to sender! I'm not sure what I did wrong and why BBOS responded in this way to my inquiry.

BBOS agreed to purchase an LV bag of mine for $1140. Bag was in excellent used condition and authentic as verified by expert outside authentication. I provided 10+ images indicating condition of bag as well as age noted on tag. I turned down multiple other offers from others to purchase bag as BBOS outbid then by $100 or so. Per their instructions, I packed and shipped them the bag only to have them decide they did not want to purchase it with no explanation given. I reached out via phone and email to no avail. No responses ever received. I have not even been advised when my bag will be returned. I'm mortified at this company's ethics and service. Shame on them.

I have been using this company for three years now and have never had a problem doing business from them.
First time I rented from them one necklace was damaged upon receipt and I panicked. However, my calms were eased when I called them to report the damage. They quickly responded with free return shipping, rapid credit refund and gave me an additional % off any item rented.
Been using them for years and have never had a problem, If you read the fine print as to whom the co-founders are etc. they represent the highest quality of retail experience both in stores and online retail shopping.
Will continue to use them... they are the best! And no... I do not work for them!

I must admit I was a little nervous, because it was a lot of money. They kept me up to date from receiving my payment, ready to ship, then out for delivery. The purse arrived in perfect condition and we'll packaged.

I've made several purchases with bag, borrow or steal and been very satisfied each & every time with one exception. Once an order is placed & received, I stop getting daily emails. Just because a purchase has been made does not mean I wish to stop receiving emails

I love luxury purses but I can't necessarily afford to own multiple that cost $1500+. I like being able to enjoy a bag for a special occasion at a fraction of the price. Even when I order from BBS last minute the express shipping always gets my bag here on time.

I borrowed from beg borrow or steal because I can't see myself paying $3000 for a seasonal bag that will be out of style in a few months. That being said, delivery was swift and the bag is beautiful and in perfect condition!

Love the bag but there was a string antibiotic type smell so I added a sachet of unstoppables to remedy it. Beautiful bag not sure how the return process works since this is my first borrow so please advise.

I keep trying to borrow a bag and there is zero communication as to what is going on in the process. I have been waiting for a Chancel filagree since 09/23. I had to replace the ord(er again.
