I had no doubt that I would receive a good quality product from BBS, however I was shocked by the way the delivery was set up on your end. The day my bag was supposed to arrive, I tracked it on the UPS website and saw delivery had been attempted but they took it back because I wasn't there to sign and the package requires the recipient's signature. I immediately called UPS because I knew they didn't even try to come up to my apartment to get my signature. I live in a high rise in Miami, and you can't go up to a specific floor unless you have the key fob to scan in the elevator. UPS confirmed that in fact they do not try to come to your door in those cases, so my logical option to that issue was asking them to let me pick up the package and sign in person. They said it wasn't an option and left me in the dark. The next day the UPS website said they were gonna attempt delivery again, however they did not even provide a time window for me to try and meet them in the lobby and I have other responsibilities so I cannot set up camp at my building's door. After this, I was furious and began calling UPS customer service, wasting hours of my time explaining my case to different reps until I was ultimately transferred to a supervisor who again told me it was not possible for me to come pick it up at a distribution center, so I suggested the option of authorizing the driver to leave the package in my building's mail room and by pass the signature requirement. The supervisor made a note but said he couldn't guarantee the driver would follow this instructions because the signature requirement was stringent on the sender's side (Bag Borrow Steal) On the third day, UPS informed me they were gonna attempt delivery again. I tried to stay in my lobby for a few hours in the morning, missing out on personal commitments to make sure I'd catch them this time. I gave up and went up to my apartment, but thankfully the note the supervisor made allowed the driver to drop off my bag in the mail room. So in the end I got it, but it was quite unpleasant to go through all that. The signature requirement is impossible for someone who doesn't live in a house at street level, or even someone who lives in a house but doesn't spend all day there. I was shocked that the pick up option was not available, rand in the future, I need a different system to get the bag because all that stress really ruined an otherwise positive shopping experience for me.
