I could never get myself to justify spending 4 figures on a purse, but I can justify a few hundred a month for whatever purse strikes my fancy at any given time. Process was fun and easy and I am enjoying the purse.
My best friend rented a LV Monogram handbag to take on a cruise in July. The bag was filthy when she got it and she was unable to have it cleaned for fear of any damage or change being made to it. The didn't even bother to clean it prior to mailing it out. Don't rent from these people. She returned the bag and got no refund.
It was so easy to shop the site. I found some amazing deals. I wish there could be a bit more description as far as the sturdiness of bags, I like one that retains its shape when I sit it down, but sometimes it is hard to tell in the photos.
First time borrower! I have shopped BBOS many years but excited to borrow the Fendi medium tote in pink. Wasn't convinced about which color if I were to buy or how the shape would look on me. Very pleased I did this! Stellar bag!
I placed my order, I got a confirmation email, I paid for overnight shipping and no bag! No call, no email, nothing! When I called there was only one customer service agent named Jennifer, no one else seems to work there, but she's the Director! Horrible service!
I have been selling to this company for 2 years, never had a problem getting paid a week after I send in products, exactly what they say they will pay. I recently bought a few bags for the first time and they were exactly as pictured on site. No surprises. I bought a black Gucci bag that retails for 2100+tax for $950. Brand new condition still for sale on the gucci website... black platform Jimmy Choos.$250 brand new condition I was pleasantly surprised, because they are shoes but they were perfect and retail on NM site for 795+tax. I also bought a Balenciaga retail 1895+tax at NM... only $766 on this site. Most of the stuff I sent in was in brand new condition and authentic. I cant believe there are all these negative reviews... they are not true... This is a trustworthy site.

I think overall, the experience is great. I would certainly use again. I think it could be a little more clear on the return process, including a return label and instructions with the order. That's my only feedback otherwise!
My first experience was amazing although I was apprehensive about the process being my first luxury bag purchase. Everything was smooth and quick and easy bag shipped promptly and arrived within two days and it's in wonderful condition. I am completely satisfied, and I will be purchasing more bags in the future.
I have a credit score of over 700. No collections or late payment history. I have a Chase credit card with Exceptional history. And a 40,000 car loan with exceptional history. I was advised my account wasn't approved because I didn't have enough credit! Not to mention before getting my full ssn. They pulled someone else's credit report saying it was linked to me! I was mind blown! Yet, they lend to others without doing a hard credit check! Don't make sense to me! I would advise borrowing a bag from another company. Prevent your credit score going down for nothing. I'm extremely upset. I applied with Arm Gem and got approved almost immediately for the same bag at a cheaper price. This company definitely missed out on a Great Customer!
Wanted to see how well I'd like this bag if I purchased it! Arrived on time. Great condition and I loved the little bag inside the purse. I only wore it once and boxed it back up. But I definitely recommend this to my friends

Love my new LV belt bracelets & LV sunglasses. I have gotten amazing compliments! I have worn the LV belt bracelets with dressy & casual clothes. They have paired well with both. I love that you can adjust the fit just like a real belt, so cute! My LV glasses are total glam style and very chic!
Submitted a couple of weeks back and I guess it wasn't posted cuz they basically took my money because they sold me a fake purse and then they claimed to not sell fakes. Im with the lady that sd its a scam! I was definitely scammed out of my whole bonus check! I was wanting something good for myself for my birthday last year but i got a crap flea market purse
The prices are fair, and the buyer is provided all information pertaining to the condition of the items. This is my second purchase in the last three months, and I intend to remain a customer for life!
Found the support team very responsive via email. Paid for expedited shipping and I needed the bag to arrive w/o the signature so they re-routed to a local UPS store. To my surprise, the UPS store charged me an additional $25 to pick up the package.
If renting a $40 and up designer bag for one month is worth at least 4 points down on your credit then go for it. Not only do they pull your credit but they do a hard inquiry that negatively affects your credit report and stays on for 2 years! Not worth it.
I found BBOS by googling. I've always wanted to own an LV and was looking for an affordable one - didn' matter if it was pre-loved. I purchased my first LV from them and I am very pleased with my purchase. The bag looked like it's brand new with very very minor scuff marks on bottom. I saved tons of money (there was an extra 15% off) that day. Shipping was fast. No problems encountered with BBOS. I will purchase from them again.
I have a modest LV collection with bags purchased directly from LV as well as Bag Borrow & Steal (BBS), 5 from them to be exact and I am super satisfied with their service, product presentation and quality as well as customer service BBS provides. One time I purchased a $1,600 LV that happened to not workout for me living in warm weather and they were very professional providing great communication and feedback and answering all of my questions. They mitigated the issue for me. It all worked out. I have since purchased other LVs from them. They are great and all products are guaranteed authentic. I recommend it to all my friends looking for well-loved authentic brand name goods.
Cool way to carry expensive bags if you're into that. Or if you just need to rent to show off. Yeah but maybe in the end if you can't afford it, don't use it! Because all that $ you spent on renting can actually go towards an investment on 1 bag that you can keep. Cool concept anywayzzzzz

At Bag Borrow or Steal the authentication of our items is our number 1 priority. When a customer feels an item is not authentic we let them know that if a third party authentication service determines that the item is not authentic, we will refund their purchase and pay the authentication service fee. That way, the customer doesn’t need to take our word for it.
For this customer, about 4 months after the purchase they indicated that they felt the item wasn’t authentic because it was wearing differently from an item her mother had. We suggested that she should get it authenticated from a third party but her responses focused on the condition of the bag and not the authenticity.
The bag she purchased was in well-loved condition with the following condition notes on the website when she purchased it “Exterior Front Scratched. Exterior Back Scratched. Exterior Handle Discolored, Scratched. Exterior Corners Discolored, Peeling. Exterior Top Discolored, Scratched. Pratical Attachment Scratched. Exterior Front Scratched. Exterior Back Scratched. Exterior Handle Discolored, Scratched. Exterior Corners Discolored, Peeling. Exterior Top Discolored, Scratched. Pratical Attachment Scratched.”
We do not believe this is an authenticity issue based on the customer's responses, but if she has it authenticated by a third party and it is not authentic, we will take it back and refund her purchase.
