I purchased a "Pre-Loved" Prada bag almost three months ago and the leather on the strap completely ripped off. When I called customer service, they told me to bring it to a major department store to have it repaired. They are total scammers who I believe sell defective/broken products. STAY AWAY!
I am glad I didn't read the reviews before I ordered my purse or it would have scared me off. I received my bag on the exact day they said I would. The condition was even better than the pics. I ordered a Gucci bag that came out in 2015, I was well aware of that and since Gucci is never out of style I ordered a Guccissima Britt Hobo in medium size. GORGEOUS! I tried to purchase a LV handbag. I ordered it w/o incident and within hours received an email stating I needed to call within 48 hours or my purchase would be cancelled. The email stated they needed more info to verify my purchase. I called the number that was transferred to another number and left a message. A woman returned my call saying I needed to email them something to prove my address. A DL or utility receipt. I told her I would not send any further personal information
To an email address I could not verify and she said they would not complete the order without further information. So I cancelled the order. The phone call originated from. Seattle. I have shipped online for years and I have never had a legitimate company call me and ask me for something like that. I will contact BBB In Seattle about this also
I've been looking at the LV Artsy bag for ab a year now. As of January this year all the bag went up by $1k. I still wanted it but not at the new prices. I was happy to see the same bag with a limited time promotion to save even more money on the BBoS site. I've received it and looks as good as new. Very well taken care of and the price was perfect. I've purchased from BBoS before and I will shop again when I'm in the market for more designer goods.
The confirmation states they signature upon delivery is required however I came home to the packages left on my front door. I did not sign for the package as I was out during errands and no one was at home. Upon my return I discovered the package at the front door. When I pulled up the tracking, it said that the package was signed for by 'Nata' however I'm the only Nata residing here and I did not sign for it. That seems a bit weird. No issues with the product or timeliness of the shipping. Just concerned that the confirmation said "signature upon delivery" and the shippIng vendor signed for the package.
I've been eyeing this bag for a while, but wasn't sure I would love it. I'm enjoying the rental (the condition is perfect) and it's helped me decide that this is not a bag I have to own. The interior is just too tight and I don't like that it's not smooth on the inside. Aesthetically, I still love the bag. It's a beautiful bag, just not for me.

I found a SM bag that was a good match for my needs on BBOS at a significant holiday discount. I moved quickly because I think the timeline was extremely limited to get the deal. I'm glad I pulled the trigger because I LOVE this bag. I can't find anything wrong with it, if it had been sold to me as NEW I would not have known the difference. It also came when promised. So yeah, I'm super happy with my purchase!

My online shopping experience with BBOS was great, but I was very disappointed with my bag. It was much smaller than I anticipated, and could very well be used by a child. I regret not paying more attention to the size dimentions of the bag before purchasing.
When placing my order it stated it was a signature required delivery via ups. My delivery was not required to have a signature nor was my other bag I ordered a few months prior. In addition to requiring no signature it was also delivered to wrong address. I understand things happen by mistake but when it is a repeat issue it gets frustrating. When purchasing something close to $1k you want to be sure it arrives as promised. Otherwise, shopping with bbos is great.
I found a great deal as a new customer (25%) off. I placed an order and I had yet to receive my order when I received an email for 30% off. I reached off to customer service and I received the difference in store credit. Had I not, I wouldn't be a repeat customer. Thank you all!
I wanted to sell my LV to them. I sent in about 10 photos of my bag and which clearly showed water stains on the interior lining as well as indicating in the description of the bag that there were stains to the lining. They gave me a price to buy the bag (which was 1/3 of the original cost), but it was ok with me so I sent them the bag, incurring a postage charge of $15. They email me back after getting the bag with a lowball amount claiming that the lowball amount was because of the water stains to the lining. Hello! I told them about the stains and sent them pictures of the stains initially!
This email was named as confirmation of delivery but then when i click the link to confirm that i received your product, it leads me to this review page and i can't finish my delivery confirmation witrhout answwering this review which i don't want to do yet until the end when i return the bag. I want to wait until I am sure that the return process also goes well before I give a review. You should not link a forced review on the delivery confirmation pls... it seems deceptive so pls change this
I thought the bag would have been in better condition after looking at the photos but the straps were sooo worn in. The LV symbol on the front of the bag had a lot of wear and tear too, which didn't show in the photos. I just wasn't a fan of how used it looked so I returned it.

I bought a bag from this company, the $1,200 was taken out of my account in minutes. I paid for overnight delivery, I took the day off so I could be home to sign for the bag. Well, I arrive home this evening and have an email from them stating they need additional information and if I don't call them they will CANCEL my order. But wait, you have my full and correct address and payment in full. I'm a new customer! Why did you not call me? You have my phone number. You have all my information and my money and all I have is a rude threatening email. I had to get my bank involved in this shady transaction. BUYER BEWARE, THE REVIEWS ARE TRUE. Praying I get my money back.
