I have had issues with every department of this company
Which I'm sure whom ever came up this amazing idea of a company well I'm just know I would be devastated
List every single problem in detail of how this site is a complete -5 stars
But after reading reviews online
I think your company has heard them all before
So here's a list of every problem
This customer has had

Selling my very good designers bag
You said you did not want to sell it and then you kept it ( if you did not sell it then why on earth could you not return it) that's horrible
Even with your jumbled return selling item it's very confusing and why you cannot send it
Your return policy charged with out notifying anyone
You have not return a full refund ( and I have seen this with every return you short me every time
This order of 226$ that I spent on 6 separate orders you refunded me 137$
When I asked your billing department to send me the numbers and spread sheet of how you came up with that number well in 9 days I have recived no answer

So your job on returning any emails phone calls fb and Twitter posts is a joke

I have found if I submit a complaint to any of these

I never get a reply
But if I send 8 post emails or calls in a day and do that for 3 days then I will get a reply maybe

These are all reason of why
This site will not last much longer and I feel bad for the person that came up with this site to see their dream fail for lack of easy fixes

ThredUp is an online consignment store for women and children. I have been a loyal customer for just over a year and it has changed the way I shop for clothes. I love getting a new box and seeing what's inside. Other than returns for wrong sizes, I have never had to return an article of clothing due to poor quality or for being other than described. I would definitely recommend this website to anyone looking to shop more responsibly.

I have submitted four bags of clothes (from Tory Burch to Ann Taylor Loft) and have always found the pricing more than fair for what I have submitted. If you follow the guidelines and send brands they list, then you should have an easy and successful experience with sending clothes. I have also purchased a lot of clothes and one time I was disappointed by a t-shirt that were pretty beat up but have to note that I only paid a few dollars for it and the rest of the clothes have been in great shape.

I typically shop through the mobile app and my one suggestion would be that I'd like to be able to track when clothes from designers I love have been added to the inventory - like, hey a Tory Burch item has been added, check it out! Push notification on my phone.

I really love this site! After gaining some weight (from size 0 to size 6) I had to get a completely new wardrobe. I have always loved my designer clothes and spent a large fortune on my first wardrobe. After the weight gain I randomly stumbled upon thred up. It is amazing. My whole new wardrobe is from this site. The clothes are in amazing quality. Even if it says they are a little warn... I can never tell. In my previous years I would NEVER shop at a thrift store. But this place is amazing. Great selection. Easy to navigate. Awesome designer clothes, bags and shoes.

I had sent two previous bags to ThredUp before they changed their payout structure and was very happy. The third bag was different. I sent 15 high-quality items, some with tags attached, and they paid me $14 for the lot (compared to ~$80 for a similar lot previously). I would still send in high-end consignment items, but I will never send in clothes again for less than $1 apiece. I could get more on my tax return for donating them.

I absolutely love thred up. I have been ordering weekly. One suggestion. I have sent a lot people here with my link but never got credit. I know of 5 people just in my building that ordered and I never got the share $20 yet. Please look into that.

I love to shop ThredUp. I am now only buying used clothing because I can get great clothes at a reasonable price. So much more value for the money.
The site is easy to search and allows me to find petite sizes without wading through regular sized postings.
I saw some low starred reviews - those are related to selling to thredUP. I too was disappointed when I sent them a bag of clothes to sell. You aren't going to make much money.
That disappointment though is offset by the great deals and high quality you can find as a buyer.
Returns - I have now returned items twice. I find it quick and easy to do. I return for store credit which is a better deal than asking for a refund.
