I love the prices and have gotten some great finds!

It's almost impossible to find clothing in petite sizes. I don't have time to hunt and hunt. I was depending on Coldwater Creek online, but they went out of business and the new folks who took over don't have the same styles at all. ThredUP is a lifesaver! Tons of petites!

There is a lot of variety and excellent deals on quality fashion. Store is easy to navigate. Prices are great. Love that "recycling" and can "recycle" my clothes also

All the wardrobe pieces I've received -- except for sizing on a few things -- have been more than acceptable. Very new, sometimes unusual and hard to get -- great find, this site! And I don't have to get out of my Lazygirl. Cool.

When i first found the site online I was hesitant to purchase second hand items but I ended up putting an order and I am very pleased with the quality and condition of my shoes.

Have placed a few orders so far. Everything arrives in a timely manner and no issues with the items bought. I will keep buying!

I have ordered items for myself and both of my young girls. Items are in great condition and it was simple to returns items that didn't fit. This is a great site for me because I am so frugal when it comes to spending money on clothes for myself. I like that I can get good quality clothes in like new condition at a price that doesn't make me feel guilty

Quality and customer support has been excellent.
Shipping is very speedy and tracking info is sent in a timely way. My only criticism would be that certain items don't have detailed measurements so it's usually best to go with familiar brands that you know how they fit. I also think there's a little too much contact via promotional emails but that's a personal preference. Overall, site is ready to use and I'm happy I found it.

First of all, I have had a hard time buying clothes from ThredUP that work for me. Sometimes items with 3/4 sleeves are described as long sleeve--I hate that. I hate how you have to do certain things to get a refund back to your credit card for returned items, and how long it takes to process bags. Sending items in is easy! Waiting to be paid for them (when store credit is available) is frustrating.

Very helpful. Also got right back with my answer that same day.
